Worse than prior stay

We came to this hotel from 22/06/2024 to 30/06/2024 as a group of 4. We arrived around midnight due to a delay with our flight when we arrived the reception staff were lovely and checked us in quickly and easily. then then escorted with and our bags to our room and showed us how to use the aircon ( amazing aircon the best so far ) the safe ( which is additional) etc. there is a 24 hour bar in the lobby area which served great cocktails. Food - the food is good and some days are better than others, please remember the traditional English breakfast does not apply but they do their best to accommodate all no bacon but they do small sausage in a sauce and eggs ( fried, scrambled, boiled etc) toast, toastie machine, fresh bread with each meal and a good selection of salads, the seafood night at the hotel was the best one ! and there is plenty of options for everyone Snack Bar - the snack bar during the day by the waterslide pool is great they do burgers, waffles chips if you do not fancy heading to the main restaurant. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and i would class as a standard 4* hotel, there is some things that can be improved but overall we had a great holiday. Hotel entertainment staff are great and friendly and really try their best in the day with activities Negatives - Night time shows, there was not alot going on of a night time, they do a kids disco and then a small entertainment but not what you expect from a 5* hotel. The Euros were on a big screen on some nights which maybe why there wasnt much. Side town is around 25 minutes away from the hotel so you are a little out of the way but definitely worth the trip its beautiful. Do not book a taxi with the security guards outside the hotel, they have some kind of scheme going on and try and charge you more Please speak with reception inside the hotel they will get you a great taxi if you dont use the bus services which are outside Overall great holiday and would recommend this hotel

Very clean and welcoming hotel. The staff and hotel is very clean, the staff are very good they will go out of there way to make your experience a better one. The guest manager has been exceptionally and catered to our needs. Giving us an upgrade and looking after us beyond the cleaning manager had really liked sheet me as I've got a bad back.

My first time in side with my girlfriend amazing experience, super clean hotel , friendly staff and excellent activities, great bar staff and tasty drinks the room was a big size with great access to pools which where very clean and relaxing
