Otele erken giriş yaptık.Bizi hemen kahvaltıya aldılar .12 gibi odamizdaydik.Odalar biraz küçük ama temiz ve hijyendi.Yemekler çeşit çoktu ama et hususunda biraz yetersiz geldi bize.Turk gecesinde etler hiç pismemisti çeşit çok olmasına rağmen begenedik.Yemeklerin daha güzel olmasina özen gosreirlerse seviniriz.Personeller hep güler yüzlü özellikle bizlere cok yardımcı olan Muhammet,Zumrüt,İlhan,Ayşegül, Müslüm,,beylere ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

We have just returned from a 8 night stay at the hotel, we was a family of 6. The hotel was great, we had a swim up room which I would really recommend, there are two sunbeds and a egg chair for you to relax in and a small pool. There is two main pools, both are quite warm but the activity pool is slightly cooler. I would like to give a shout out to the lady who works around the pool, she never stops working and.is always helping people with any problems with sun beds. I really enjoyed the food and didn’t ever struggle to find something to eat, there was always fresh meat available. If I had to give a negative comment about the restaurant it was that I didn’t find some restaurant staff particularly friendly, maybe it was due to how busy they are but this was the first time I have ever experienced this in a hotel. The beach was great, I was a little worried before arriving at the hotel as previous reviews have had negative points about the beach but I thought it was great, the shuttle bus was quick and the staff down there was very nice with a gentleman brushing down sunbeds for you and making you feel welcome. There was lots of sun beds and never struggled to get one, The restaurant was really nice on the beach too , There is not much around the hotel but there is a large shopping area with a bar. I woul recommend going to Side old town which was really pretty and had lots of shops and bars/restaurants with live music. Looking at 50 euro rerun trip. The hotel also had a beach night which was fantastic. A great disco and dancers on stage, best night I have ever had at a All Inclusive hotel. Overall loved the holiday/ hotel and will definitely return for another holiday.

Super schönes Hotel welches ich jetzt schon zum vierten Mal besucht habe. In allen Bereichen sind alle Mitarbeiter super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr hat sich einiges geändert vieles davon zum positiven. Anne Freier Die neue Gäste Betreuung kümmert sich um alles, was anliegt. Sie ist immer für alle und jeden da. Die Rezeption größtenteils mit guten Deutschkenntnissen auch hier wird einem sofort umgehend und freundlich geholfen. Serkan, der Front of Manager hilft bei allen Belangen und wünschen und ist auch für jeden da. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr schön entweder mit Balkon oder Terrasse. In den Zimmern ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Minibar wird täglich frisch aufgefüllt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, egal in welchem Bereich Strand, Pool oder Restaurant Das Hotel liegt in dritter Reihe schön ruhig und nicht umgeben von vielen Hotels. Einkaufen kann man direkt im Migros, der genau vor der Türe liegt oder man geht 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Basar. Ich kann das Hotel besten Gewissens empfehle, Einfach zum Wohl fühlen und erholen. Ich werde es auch im Oktober Das fünfte Mal wieder besuchen.

Ich habe heute eingecheckt für 5 Nächte. Der Empfang war schon sehr unfreundlich, aber nicht relevant für mich. Einzige Bitte war ein ruhiges Zimmer. Bekommen habe ich gefühlt das schlechteste Zimmer. Es ist wie in der Bahnhofshalle. Direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl, der jedesmal einen nervig, piepsigen Signalton abgibt. Die Hotelgäste unterste Schublade, grölen, schreien, wenn sie aus dem Fahrstuhl kommen. Ist ja egal, dass andere Leute um 0:30h schlafen wollen. Das Hotel ist überfüllt, das Personal überfordert. Sehr sehr viele osteuropäische Gäste. Die Rezeption sollte auf die Bitte einen Gastes eingehen.. Das ist die schlimmste Nacht, die ich jemals in der Türkei hatte. Das kann man leider nicht mehr gut machen! Ich hoffe, dass das Management mein Kommentar liest und etwas unternimmt, so dass wenigstens die restlichen 4 Tage erträglich werden.

Die Animateure sind immer freundlich und voller Energie. Tagsüber ist Langeweile unmöglich, da es so viele Aktivitäten gibt. Der Tag beginnt um 10:30 Uhr mit Yoga und Boccia und noch viel mehr. Am Pool gibt es ständig Ansagen mit Informationen zu den Tages- und Abendprogrammen. Gestern gab es eine Kappadokien-Party. Die Organisation war hervorragend. Die Musik war großartig und es hat viel Spaß gemacht. Was das Hotel und das Essen angeht, gibt es einen Aquapark und zwei große Pools. Es ist eine tolle Idee, dass ein Pool für Entspannung und der andere für Aktivitäten genutzt wird. Das Essen ist gut. Der Serviceleiter und das Personal sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und steril. Ich plane, dieses Jahr wiederzukommen.

Had amazing time, we went for 2 weeks, the food the room everything, I would like to give a big thumbs up to the entertainment team, if it wasn't for them the hotel would of been boring, baha, natalia, kenan, marli and the manager they were incredible, they made sure you has a good night and in the day to. I want to say a big thanks to the Zehra she would do anything for you in the morning with your sunbeds put your towels down always a big smile and she worked so hard and help everyone 😊
