Ho acquistato il soggiorno di 2 giorni a tramite *******, la signora del check In mi ha chiesto come avevo prenotato con quale modalità? Le ho detto con ******* Signora, mi è sembrata un po’ scocciata .. poi la signora prima ha fatto passare altri clienti e poi sono passato io ! Mi è sembrato che avendo acquistato il soggiorno da un’altro canale forse sarei stato un cliente di second’ordine .. ma non vorrei che fosse stato solo un mio pensiero.. poi le ho chiesto dove avrei potuto mettere la macchina e mi risposto che il garage era pieno.. ma non mi sono accertato della sua verità quindi poi mi avrebbe promesso che la sera seguente appena si sarebbe liberato il garage mi avrebbe detto qualcosa .. ma così nn è stato .. perciò non credo in futuro di ritornarci .. unica considerazione la Colazione solo questa è stata soddisfatta! Il resto sarebbe da migliorare soprattutto l’accoglienza mi è sembrata un tantino smorta e con poca attenzione verso il Qualunque cliente che comunque paga sempre con soldi saluto Gianni

Consigliatissimo, lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile. Le stanze sono comode e pulite, materassi molto comodo così come i cuscini. Colazione caria e abbondante Posizione ottima in centro a Colle val d'elsa con parcheggio comodo Alessandro (Como)

Abbiamo dormito qui in occasione della ns quarta notte francigena, ci è piaciuta questa struttura in toto e ve la consigliamo sia per la stanza che per la colazione non mettendo in secondo piano la sua collocazione che è ottimale vale a dire centrale. Da segnalare anche il ristorante sotto all'albergo.

Excellent experience and starting point for visiting Siena San Gimignano Arezzo and other beautiful places. The top is in the kindness of the staff, but also in the cleanliness of the rooms, in the garage under the structure and in the varied breakfast.

Nice hotel built in an old paper mill. The windows overlook Colle Val d'Elsa Vecchia located on the hill. Nice, clean rooms. Friendly and fast staff. Excellent rich breakfast and good products. Good price paid €80 for two with breakfast

Well centralized hotel, kind, helpful reception, comfortable room, breakfast is good but needs more items (egg, cheese), it was the only hotel we didn't have and a slightly stronger coffee and natural juice, industrialized juice is very bad.
