Made the reservation for the wrong day I made the reservation at 10:00 p.m. so it may no sense to check in that later in the day to have to check out at 11:00 a.m. and was not able to modify my booking

The staff is very friendly, but it is not quiet at night. The sound insulation of the floors is poor. It is obvious that there is movement upstairs. Some tenants are of poor quality and stay up late at night. They step heavily and make a lot of noise.

Coming to the property I was a little hesitant but I was greeted by the nice guy at the front desk. He gave me options for a room for single or double bed and mentioned they now have deluxe rooms from recent renovations. (I got a double bed deluxe room.) When I first came into the room I was shocked. It is a hidden gem. There was hardwood floors in the room, nice tile floors in the shower. The hotel had good wifi and a microwave & fridge. Everything was clean and spotless and had no odors. I would recommend this room to anyone coming from out of town because it is safe, comfortable, efficient, and clean.

The room was filthy the tub had mold all over it the curtains had some many holes in this they should have been trown away a long time ago the door was rotting at the bottom no free breakfast it was so bad i checked out within 2 hours what discussing hotel ill never book a room there again

Love the upgrades and remodel. Stayed a week and had no issues checking in or extending my stay. They even accommodated me when i asked for a later check out close to my sons flight time! Friendly attitudes and easy process. Thank you!
