Nothing but praises for this hotel. Extremely close to the train station & the Cologne Cathedral.
Hotel staff are friendly, rooms are functional & clean, toilets are great, plenty of TV channels to choose from!
There is parking on site (although chargeable), just round the back & head up the car lift. It is very secure parking for cars.
Stone’s throw away to the old town & eateries (open till late).
Highly recommend the Fruh bar / eatery, great beer & food there!

If you want to go to an event at the Cologne Philharmonic, this is the right place. Just 10 meters on foot and you're at the door :-) The reception is super friendly and takes their time, even when it's stressful.
The breakfast is very plentiful and delicious; definitely worth it. The breakfast room staff are also very nice, attentive and on the ball.
All in all, a very pleasant stay. We'd be happy to come back :-)
PS: It's only a few minutes' walk to the cathedral.
