Due to hotel circumstances, I stayed at another hotel nearby. Actually, I was embarrassed, but it was a little far away, but I had a good time because I was taken to a good place. Albergo has a great location and is within walking distance of everywhere if you went to see the Cologne Christmas Market. I couldn't go to the room, only stayed at the reception, and then moved to another place, but the people at the reception were very friendly and the desk area was tidy.

The hotel is very centrally located in Cologne's old town. We stayed there for one night. The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly. Everything was clean and tidy in the room. There was nothing to complain about.
We would like two things for this hotel:
The mattresses have seen better days in our opinion and need to be replaced.
There are curtains, but unfortunately they are not light-proof. It gets very bright in the room in the morning. Not everyone who books there is on a business trip and has to get up early in the morning. 😉

Super Lage, Ausstattung naja.
Super Lage nettes Personal, schönes Bad und sauber aber leider sind die Fenster so alt das man den Wochenendlärm sehr stark hört. Klimaanlage und Minibar wären im Sommer auch nicht schlecht.

Wouldn't stay again
Its beyond imagination why a hotel has this kind of curtains in a room. The purpose of curtains is to block light which the management of this hotel seems not getting. The entire room is lit at 6am, no climate control so had to keep a window open which means you hear all the noise from outside (several restaurants outside).
Wouldn't stay here at all again.

Trist udvikling for dette sted.
Morgenbuffetten var virkelig ringe og restauranten var beskidt og snusket og blev brugt til opbevaring af en del køleskabe og en masse møbler.
Trist at se hvor dårligt denne restaurant har udviklet sig siden for 5 år siden.
