The hotel is only one star. There is no elevator and the room booked is wrong.
Ctrip marked it as 3 stars and deceived customers. I left as soon as I arrived and couldn’t stay at all. I had to stay in other hotels. The Marriott I stayed at that night was cheaper than this hotel. It cost more than 3,000 online.
Request a refund from Ctrip
So far, Ctrip has not responded. It only said that it was communicating with the hotel.
Book a hotel at a low price, deceive customers and sell the hotel with a one-star rating but a three-star rating. The unscrupulous businessman will block you for life!

It was somewhat difficult to check in though not a huge deal. The issue was a “two person bunk bed” was actually just a double bed where me and my friend did not plan on sleeping in the same bed. Maybe I misunderstood what bunk bed means.
The other big issue is the room faced the busy Main Street which is fine and happens but there was a VERY bright light shining in with nothing close to resembling a curtain that stopped much light. It was very bright in the room.
Room was very clean, great bathroom and great location central to the train station but at least for that room a better curtain is needed

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft. Der Zugang zum Hotel ohne Rezeption ist etwas schwierig, da vor 15h ein Einchecken nicht ermöglicht wird. Spater nach 15h ist eine Hilfsperson vor Ort, die einem hilft. Zimmer sehr schön, aber WC/Dusche sehr klein. Mit Größe 194 cm und 100 kg Gewicht konnte ich mich in der Dusche kaum bewegen.

The check in was a nightmare. The informing email was not clear. Lucky to have other guests help me fix out. The room was much small than the pictures on Hotels. Smell and stuffy! And the steep stairs killed me as well. My room was in another wing. The instructions hided dedicatedly !
