Property situated very close to Subway. We were surprised that they have Fee $.50 for early check in. And for baggage storage $.5 as never experienced any such charges. Room sizes were very compromising two luggage bags and no space to walk. Lobby is nice as usually in same vicinity usually lobby is not that nice. Over all good experience.

Super freundliches Personal. Wir waren lange vor der Eincheckzeit da, haben dann ganz unkompliziert ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Am Morgen dann sehr gutes Frühstück, große Auswahl, alles appetitlich angerichtet und lecker. Sehr freundliche Dame beim Frühstücksdienst. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Konnten dann noch in dem schönen Innenhof mit Kaffee sitzen und auf unseren Transfer warten. Die Umgebung ist nicht ganz so schön aber die freundliche Aufnahme im Hotel macht das wieder wett.

This is a huge hotel in a great location, Penn Station across the street. The hotel has been remodeled but still has a lot of art deco features that appeal to travelers like myself. We had a very large room on a high floor that was very quiet and had a great view. The hotel is very busy, but hey it’s NYC. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and special hotel for a short trip to Cologne! The area around the hotel is not particularly beautiful, but it was perfect for us to reach our planned activities. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, so you feel at home right from the start. Checking in and out was completely uncomplicated and the breakfast buffet impressed us with its wide selection (including vegan and vegetarian)! The only drawback was the bed, which we found rather uncomfortable. But that's a matter of taste and therefore more of a "complaint at a high level". Overall, absolutely recommendable and certainly not our last visit.
