Overall excellent location but the room does not have any air conditioning so would be great for winter but probably not during summer

This was an excellent location- central to all the markets!

Really good hotel with fantastic staff and excellent location.

Nothing to complain about. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, but it was very comfortable. There was a fan and extra lights, and there were plenty of chairs and tables. They're in collaboration with a brand called Früh beer, so there's a gift shop on the first floor, there are signs advertising the beer in the rooms, and there's a bar next door, so the location was great.

立地、設備など申し分ないのですが、ドイツのホテルには珍しく、朝食に加熱した料理が出されます。それなのに周辺の同立地のホテルよりリーズナブルで、申し分ありません。

Excellent facilities and an exceptionally convenient location. Very short walk to the train station, and the cathedral.

We stayed for couple of days in the triple room - good for short stays with children. Hotel is fairly new and provides quite good breakfast. Staff at the reception is friendly. The only downside is that there is no tea/coffee in the rooms and even on premises.

All the stay was really good, the room, breakfast, the Fruh Restaurant, everything was excellent.

Really well sited near to the Cathedral. All Christmas markets walkable. Lovely staff. Decent breakfast. Quiet rooms. Matressess and duvets European. No complants and would stay again.

Perfect location. Just a few steps away from Köln Cathedral, shopping, restaurants and the Rhine river. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Christmas market is just outside.

This hotel was very centrally located, it was walkable distance to the Kölner Dom and the main shopping street was a block away, check-in was seamless and fast, the room was clean and spacious.

The staff were lovey, the location was great, the room was very comfortable and the food was one of the best breakfasts we have ever had!

We really appreciated our stay at this hotel. Hotel is very convenient to the main train station (Hbf). It is located next to the beautiful cathedral which draws a lot of attention. There is a restaurant/bar below the hotel that can get loud if there’s individuals on the outside having a good time. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
