The room is clean and comfortable. It would be better if it has a double bed.

Das Zimmer war jedoch ziemlich klein und bot wenig Ablagefläche, was manchmal etwas unpraktisch war. Zudem war der Preis für die Übernachtung relativ hoch, aber das schien zu dieser Zeit in der Gegend für alle Hotels zuzutreffen.

We zijn terugkerende klant. Ze hebben ons weer niet teleurgesteld. Kamer aan de stille achterzijde. Heerlijke bedden, stille kamer en goede airco. Nieuw zijn de kluisjes in de kamers geloof ik. Zou iedere Motel 1 moeten hebben. Zou hier zeker weer eens boeken voor een stedentrip.

I do not recommend this hotel because the staff is too rigid. I booked a night and due to health reasons I could no longer arrive and they took my money for that night and do not want to refund. They no longer answer the phone/email. I do not recommend, they are not honest people!

Sehr einfacher Ein- und Auscheckprozess, Einchecken war ohne Vorankündigung bereits um 08.45 Uhr möglich. Zentral gelegen, gutes Frühstück. Zimmer einfach aber sehr sauber, mit gutem Bett und mehreren Kissen. Guter und freundlicher Service im gesamten Hotel.

We spent one night here at the weekend. The hotel is stylish, the Cologne Commandments are on the wall in the bar area, chic! We only stayed one night and had a simple room. Small but pretty. Comfortable bed. Bathroom is tiny but fluffy towels, clean, nice shower. We hadn't booked breakfast and when we saw in the morning how incredibly full it was and that guests were occupying whatever seating was available up to reception, we decided to have breakfast elsewhere. You do want a bit of comfort on a Sunday morning. The bar is very nice, ideal for winding down. The reception staff were very friendly. No private parking, but there is a parking garage very close by, and the price there was a 5.00 euro hotel discount. We paid a sensational 10.00 euros for almost 23 hours! I would book the hotel again.

This is a good, solid hotel. Very clean room, comfortable bed, and the staff is friendly. The room faced a side street which was rather loud when sleeping with an open window. For a hotel chain that prides itself with its design, the room was a little boring ... which is fine, just clashed with the glossy design brochures that were inside the boring room. Maybe this was another hotel before it became a "motel"? WiFi is fine. Breakfast was nice and good quality, but the breakfast area is a little bit small, and it gets very crowded during rush hour. Also, the breakfast choices are limited by unexpected vegan items. Vegan would be great as long as it does not try to imitate other food, and as long as there would be more vegetarian choices like more real cheeses available.

This Motel One hotel was also good. We previously slept in another hotel in the city but now moved here. Very pleased. Friendly welcome at the counter and also friendly bar staff. Hotel location is perfect. Mediapark parking garage is located underneath and you can easily walk to the center of Cologne. The hotel even has a nice courtyard where you can have a drink. Rooms are neat, cool and quiet. There is a safe in Sinople! Recommended.
