The nicest people that helped me in the most difficult tone of my life... they literally saved my life. I needed a place to stay while escaping my abusive wife. I had no money left and they helped me connect with the resources I needed in order to make it to payday. Thank you Tanji!

Overall the staff will help you anyway they can. Was in a tough situation and they did everything they could to ensure my family and I had a safe place to lounge. The safety of their guests are priority. The hotel is close to sufficient eateries and a nice clean gas station.

Cierra was extremely efficient and very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend it this location and appreciate how friendly and speedy. This location is very clean and very welcoming. And she was very attentive and efficient in her job.

Ciera is Better than outstanding,lautatory! Her professionalism is amazing. She is a very kind and sincere person. Very down to earth and bright individual. She made sure my room was in top shape. She checks on my health and well being every time I see her

The desk clerk is rude. No hi we're glad you are here attitude. No towels or shampoo in the room. Had to go to desk to get them. Like a dorm room. One cup for 3 people. No coffee in the room. Upsell on internet. Slow elevator. Don't stay here if you can avoid it.

Booked a hotel for 3 nights with intentions of checking in early as we drove after work overnight from Phoenix, called multiple times days before to make sure we are able to check in early. Dwight told me 3 times I’m able to check in when I arrive at 5-6 am I just needed to wait for the on call person to check me in. I get here and that was all a lie. I am now being forced to wait 3-4 hours in the front parking lot after 3 rude phone calls to their call center. Wow. Absolutely awful. I expect some answers for how disrespectful they were towards my fiancé and I.

There is a reason this hotel is so cheap. By far the worst customer service I have experienced my whole life. I have been in management 26 years and the manager of the property needs to be fired and possibly charged and sued. The pure disregard of customers needs and feedback is very alarming.
