Very beautiful lakeside environment, but unfortunately cannot go out because of the mountain fire, I hope you can enjoy it again next time

We stayed at Three Valley Gap Chateau on July 7th, 2024 for one night. The view is absolutely amazing. The rooms are dated but fine. The front counter staff were excellent, the restaurant staff working the patio not so much. We stayed on a night when the temperature was plus 30, so having no AC combined with a mattress that was as old as the hotel itself wasn’t the best. And one last thing, try hiring some grounds people. The place could use it. The views though made up for the rest.

Jun 12. 2024 - stayed in room 415. At 1;30AM - the radio that was not even plugged in was on for few seconds. At 2:30AM- a very friendly and happy Lady Ghost came in bed. She was stroking my hair and when I opened my eyes she was looking at me with so much love.

This place is amazing. Like an old mountain resort from a movie! We only stayed one night on our way to Alberta but it would definitely be a destination in itself. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Any time we needed anything someone was eager to help. There is so many different things to do to keep the kids occupied. Pool, beach, games, puzzles. It's amazing.

Great pit stop travelling between Alberta and BC. Friendly staff, room was comfortable and clean, and on site restaurant was convenient although we would recommend some menu updating and attention to how the food is seasoned. Our room had a view and it was enjoyable to explore the grounds. We would stay again.

This hotel is so cool. No it’s not ‘fancy ‘ but the rooms are renovated. The beds were comfortable and everything worked just fine. People have complained about no wifi in the room but there’s full cell phone coverage at the hotel so it was fine for us. There’s no air conditioning but we didn’t even notice. Our room was absolutely fine even though it was +28 outside.. The hotel has its own hydro electric and they simply couldn’t run A/c in every room. Staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. All of them. The housekeeper, front desk , gift shop and restaurant staff. We stayed 2 nights and spent the morning on kayaks and paddle boards and the afternoon at the museum/ghost town. The ghost town was shockingly cheap for what it was. Show me another place you can entertain the whole family all day for $21. (Guest price). The food at the restaurant was so good!!! We drove all the way from NW Saskatchewan just to come here and we were not disappointed.

This Family run resort is nestled between 3 mountains on the shores of a spectacular little lake. My husband and I chose to stay here for our anniversary after visiting the Ghost town with our son a few weeks ago. The entire resort is filled with antiques and historical items. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. We stayed on the second floor with an Amazing view of the Gardens and the lake! We wondered the grounds after checking in. It was very relaxing. There are kayaks to rent (at reasonable rates- $15/half, $25/hour) if you're wanting to explore the lake. This year ( after 2 Covid seasons) they have a very small gift shop area and Family dining room. We viewed the menu but found it a bit too pricey for the offerings. They are only open for Breakfast (7-10AM) and Dinner (5-8PM). Staff were all friendly and helpful. The young girl at the front desk managed to get us a last minute private tour of the Hotel Bellevue in the Ghost town. It was fantastic! Our tour guide, Rose is a family member and gave an incredible tour. After checking out the next morning, we spent the afternoon exploring more of the Ghost town. They have a gift shop in the town that sells souvenirs, coffee, ice cream, sandwiches and snacks. Rose (our guide from the previous evening) also has a large shop in the town that sells crystals, gifts and local handmade products. There are 1000s of historical items on display in the various buildings. They also have train rides on a small train that runs through the forest every hour. ( A nominal charge of $4/adult applies) The most recent addition is a full size "Roundhouse" complete with railcars to explore. Washrooms were also on site here. They also offer very affordable annual passes if you're able to visit often. Highly recommend a visit! Great for Families
