While I had no problem with the room itself, I feel that the hotel manager could have accommodated me somehow when they double charged my bank card causing me to have issues with my bank. The rep took my card info and later that evening I decided I was going to prolong my stay for another day. To my surprise I looked at my account to see how much I had to spend and noticed that I was double charged and didn't have enough on that card to pay for another day. I had to use a credit card which I didn't want to do. Since it was Friday that $91.00 extra that they took out wouldn't be refunded until the next business day which would be late Monday. In the meantime I had other transactions go through causing my account to be overdrawn. After speaking to the manager all he said was it depends on my bank when those funds would be refunded. I thought that was poor customer service because if my card wasn't double charged I wouldn't have to wait for the bank to do anything. The hotel acted as if it wasn't nothing but I couldn't use my ATM card until those funds were transferred back into my account which was very inconvenient. Every time I visit this hotel something goes wrong. The last time I paid for a room maintenance came to my room acting as if I shouldn't be there and I had to speak to the manager to clear it up. It seems like some very incompetent people running this hotel.
