The room was dirty and sheets were disgusting. Told staff about it and did not bothered to do anything about it.

I missed my medicine and AirPods and the operator said throw them away at #107. Suddenly he said, please call me again tomorrow because the manager is working. Strange place to stay, what's more there is no standard motel or hotel at all. I feel embarrassed that the motels or hotels here lack service and facilities.

Well all was ok but the bed blanket had a hole in it. It should be changed before letting anyone stay.

This was my worst and I do mean worst hotel experience in my 43yrs of living. Burn holes in blankets, dirty sheets, roaches shower was not cleaned towels were folded like they had been washed but had stains in them as well. Went back to front desk to inform the clerk and her reply was.... And? What you want from us? And refused to give me a refund. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL

I have stayed at some tired older motels before but this one has given up. At checkin I was told by the way, no fridge or microwave. Whatever. Just one night. Oh, then he tells me the tv system is out. Unfortunately I had prepaid or I would have walked. But I was wasted from a day on the road and didn’t feel like dealing with a refund hassle so checked in. Room tiny. A/c could not keep up with an84 degree day until the sun went down. Just wait til it gets hotter. Sheets stained. So gross. Neighborhood is a demilitarized zone. Sketch folks about. Uggg

Was nasty sheets had cigarette burn holes... towels and washrags were dirty glad i had my own towels....toilet was stopped up I'd been better off in a tent

The parking lot was old,spaces were very close together,we didn't get any towels, they were quick to deny anyone change for the dryers,the room i paid for was supposed to have a microwave and fridge..it had neither..the toilet is leaking at the seal and the sheets were dirty with small holes..im supposed to be in this hotel another day but i don't think i should have to pay for this 3rd night..nothing is like the advertisement on your site
