This is my first business trip to Columbus. The city is green, quiet and peaceful. The hotel is owned by Marriott, which is very nice!

After a horrendous day of travel from Cancun to Detroit we encountered multiple tornadoes in Chicago and could not land in detroit. We woke up to Landing in Columbus Ohio at 2:00 a.m. I called the hotel which was very close and they sent a shuttle immediately. They were super nice and put us up in our room. Even though it was nights full of tornado sirens which equated to very little sleep I was very thankful for Kandi at the front desk who took care of some screw ups in the reservation without a question. Top notch service, a beautiful property and I would recommend it highly. Thank you residence inn!

Good option that offers value next to Columbus airport. There is a shuttle to the airport, we waited around 5 minutes at 4AM for the shuttle. Room is spacious and modern, and comfortably appointed. Only two minor complaints - our room didn’t have much lighting, and this was compounded by our windows being blocked by a concrete courtyard/no outside view. The airport noise was very quiet, but the heating (while effective) was a bit loud. However, would still highly recommend for a night before an early flight!

From the moment we arrived at the Columbus airport and corresponded with Pam via website chat, she was courteous, helpful. Then when we arrived at the hotel, the exceptional service continued. we had family members that were joining us flying in a little bit later they were very accommodating with getting us on the same floor. It was just an overall wonderful experience for family celebration.

Another good stay at this convenient hotel at the airport. Desk staff was courteous, room was exactly right: super comfortable bed, immaculate housekeeping, everything we needed for one night. Shuttle service to airport next morning was smooth. We do the park and fly package and it's easy and convenient to park and retrieve your car. This Residence Inn has good management!

Very Convenient, Within walking distance from the airport. Amazing customer service, was able to answer any questions I had. Also had good breakfast. Fitness room was nice and clean along with the laundry room. Very homey and a cozy environment. Would highly recommend staying here again.

This hotel is really clean and updated. We were very pleased and my daughter enjoyed watching the planes taking off and landing. Not far, about 15min from downtown Columbus shopping and OSU.

I think this is one of the better Renaissance Inns I’ve been too and I would enjoy coming back. Everything was perfect.
