Gostamos muito da estadia neste hotel, as pessoas e a comida são 5estrelas. Só a limpeza dos quartos não era boa e a cama fazia muito barulho.

Für unsere Reise perfekt, nicht ganz im Trubel der Playa, sauber und ordentlich, nette Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Frühstück, tolles renoviertes Zimmer mit Blick in den schönen Garten. Pool wurde von uns nicht genutzt, sah aber toll aus. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Le premier jour, le veilleur de nuit nous a gentiment préparé une assiette car nous sommes arrivés tard, fatiguées et affamées. Quelle jolie attention ! Les chambres étaient parfaites, propres, fidèles aux photos. Le personnel de l'hôtel (restauration, femmes de chambre, réception) sont d'une gentillesse !! L'hôtel est idéalement situé, juste à côté de la plage! Nous reviendrons pour sûr !

Personalmangel. Personal in Reception war nicht aufmerksam. Nicht immer freie Plätze im Restaurant, man musste warten für den freien Tisch. Obwohl das Hotel als „Adults only“ gezeichnet ist, waren zu viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern, die schon ab 6 Uhr morgens im Flur laut weinten und Lärm machten. Mangelhafte Zimmerservice. Das Buffet war nicht jeden Tag frisch, zu wenig Auswahl. Alles in allem ist es kein 4 Sterne Hotel, höchstens 2 Sterne. Sehr enttäuschend.

L'Hotel è abbastanza carino ma bisognerebbe fare qualche lavoro di manutenzione in più, è pur sempre un 4 stelle ! Nota negativa è il personale maschile, mai troppo empatico e spesso in difficoltà con la lingua inglese. La mattina della partenza abbiamo avuto anche una brutta esperienza con un inserviente abbastanza giovane che avevamo già visto il giorno prima al bar esterno. Alle 8 stavamo entrando nella sala della colazione e ci ha placcati in modo veramente arrogante e maleducato al punto tale che pure una sua collega all'interno gli ha detto di essere cortese. Gli ho risposto per le rime e promesso una mail in direzione, non si pretende la riverenza ma la cortesia si !!! Ci sono dei criteri minimi per ogni lavoro e questo ragazzo non li possiede assolutamente. Personale femminile molto cordiale e sempre con il sorriso.

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice. The staff were all so professional, no complaints at all. friendly and take their jobs seriously, could not fault them. Wonderful experience For English speakers, the majority of guests are German, but all very polite and friendly
