Excellent structure located on the second floor in front of the lake, in the center and close to the restaurant area In the room Wi-Fi and Disney plus, NETFLIX etc. The rooms, common areas, kitchen and terrace are taken care of down to the smallest details We had a great stay Well

Good location, right in the center but absolutely poor cleanliness, poorly maintained, the room smells of mold which you can smell as soon as you enter, all the wood comes off the furniture due to the humidity, maintenance is needed... tiny bathroom and deafening noise from the street below!! shame really excellent potential but managed with little care and attention TO BE REVIEWED OR DETAILS OF THE CARE AND CLEANING cordially

Unhelpful and unfriendly owners. Many problems that meant after the first day we had to book elsewhere and not a penny refunded. Book elsewhere, avoid disappointment! Where problems occur, a decent hotel will put things right, not ignore or playdown issues..that's the sign of a bad place to stay. Such a shame this was an expensive waste of money! Don't let this be you.

We had an amazing stay at this cute boutique hotel! Our room had panoramic views of the lake. It was clean and the communal kitchen had everything that we needed. We especially enjoyed the rooftop views and the hot tub! Our host Alberto was also very kind, hospitable, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a little apartment building right on the lake. Nice spot to say the least. The room was ok. Not super clean. Bed was comfy. Very noisy til late as it’s an old building with thin windows. The young girl at the reception desk was helpful. Overall an ok choice.

A shameful establishment. We had to cancel our trip to Italy following the death of a member of our family. The establishment refused to reimburse us for any euros or even postpone the night. To be avoided given the lack of humanity

This was such truly charming room facing Lake Como situated just a few steps from the center. Alberto was such an amazing and helpful host. He truly made our stay memorable. We can’t wait to visit again!

The photos are beautiful but the rooms or at least the "suite" need maintenance and deep cleaning which hasn't been done for a long time. Before reviewing I didn't try calling the owner a couple of times but unfortunately he didn't answer the phone let alone bother to call back…. He had obviously sent me some photographs of the newly restored structure but a lot of time must have passed. Dirty and decadent environments... unfortunately there is no seriousness and professionalism in this job. If you want to work with hospitality you have to be able to know how to give it to me. I'm trusted and I was wrong
