Muy bien el hotel, vistas increíbles. Le falta más atención al huésped y mantenimiento a las habitaciones. El transporte muy lento en llegar.

El hotel, ESPECTACULAR. A mi gusto (naturaleza y lujo), el mejor hotel en instalaciones que he visitado. Los cuartos impresionantes. Da igual si estas en algún área común o tu cuarto, ambos son espectaculares. Todo el hotel tiene su propio aroma y es delicioso. El servicio es muy bueno pero no excepcional. La propiedad es muy grande y todo el tiempo te mueves en carritos de golf, te recomiendo ir mínimo con 2 días para hacer todas las actividades que incluye el hotel. Considera también que los traslados dentro del hotel van mermando tu tiempo. El spa fue de lo mejor, te recomiendo hacerlo de inicio ya que te relaja muchísimo para iniciar con energía. La actividad de arcilla fue excesivamente liberadora de stress. La comida es muy rica y tienen gente como chef ÓSCAR en Alma que te hacen más placentera la estancia. Nosotros somos veganos y nos ajustó el menú perfecto. Dicho esto, me parece bastante elevado el precio de la comida, aún para el nivel del hotel. Si tu pregunta es si lo vale o no, la respuesta es muy fácil, SÍ, LO VALE.

I have made 4 attempts to leave a 5 star review for this property and 4 times it has been removed. This property is one of the best and wholeheartedly deserves its “worlds top 50” position. The restaurants are great and the treetop bar, always a wide selection of meals for our 5 night stay. The spa is at one with nature, using its surroundings makes it one of the most special experiences. We will be back, despite the distance. Wow

The property was stunning, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, especially our host, Llutvia, and Nicte. The tacos at the beach club were some of our favorites, and we loved the complimentary amenities at the spa.

My stay at the One&Only Mandarina was, without a doubt, the best holiday I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of magical. We stayed in a breathtaking treehouse with panoramic ocean views—waking up to the sight of the Pacific stretched out before us was simply unforgettable. The resort itself feels like an immersive blend of luxury and nature. We explored every dining option, and each restaurant impressed us more than the last, offering a variety of exquisite dishes that highlighted the freshest ingredients. The attention to detail in both the service and presentation was impeccable. We also indulged in the spa, which was a serene experience. The treatments were soothing, and the atmosphere was perfectly aligned with the natural beauty of the surroundings, making it a deeply restorative escape. During our stay, we ventured out to Sayulita for a day trip, a charming town that added a delightful change of pace. But even with the beauty of Sayulita, we couldn’t wait to return to the serene cocoon of One&Only Mandarina. The combination of luxurious accommodations, stunning natural surroundings, and world-class service made this a holiday we will never forget.

I don’t have enough words to describe The One and Only Madrina. If you are looking for Rainforest meets the Bea h this is the place. We came without expectations and were amazed of the views, nature, exceptional food service and gorgeous accommodations. The buggy’s were always there o. Time to take us and to pick us up. One and Only never disappoints !!
