I booked a Bay view with a balcony. Then when I checked in, they said to upgrade it. The original two Queens were upgraded to a king and a sofa. This is not bad. At least I snore and my daughter sleeps in the outer room, which is less affected. However, from the afternoon check-in to the night before going to bed, the sofa bed was forgotten to be made. I booked this hotel by accident. The hotel is new and in a good location. I booked a deluxe king-size bed this time. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and they arranged a room for me. The scenery outside the window attracted us the most. The lake view is beautiful. The hotel's service is a plus point. It was a special trip. Satisfied.
