At the desk they told me it was 4 years old, and it looks great. From a purely petty thing, the roses out front needed the dead to be cut out. But in today’s climate of just getting people to work, I’m sure that’s not a priority. Great place would look forward to staying there again. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

Nice place to stay no bugs! Housekeeping could do better with replenishing towels. Not a huge deal we just went to the desk and were given what we needed. Pool area is too hot to sit in for any period of time.

Everything was new & clean. It was quiet the night we stayed. Only complaint is that we reserved a king bed & the hotel changed this to two queens. When we asked at the desk, they said they had no king rooms available that night though their records did show we had that reserved originally.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. This was a quick, unplanned anniversary getaway. Jose was the attendant who checked us in. Excellent customer service. He found a baggage cart for me when he realized that I had been waiting several minutes for one(No one at a front desk has ever done that for me) He was so hospitable the entire time we were there. Oh, let me not forget Sheryl/Cheryl; she was amazing. She prepared the breakfast, and it was exceptional! She kept everything extremely tidy and clean. She was so polite and made sure her guests were taken care of. When a gentleman spilled and dropped the spoon on the floor, she rushed over, assured him that these things happen, and immediately cleaned it up. No attitude or frustration, just great customer service. So, do not go to a restaurant for breakfast while staying there you won't find anything better!! The place was clean and well-kept!
