The Wi-Fi in the room is too bad. Constantly got kick offline. And the pillows are too flat. Had to layer two together to sleep. If you want to find a hotel for a couple two days it would be fine. But if you plan to stay for longer, wouldn’t recommend it that much.

The best Hostel we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, close to the central station, the interior and the atmosphere is great, the staff is very kind and helpful. Many facilities to take advantage of, they offer rent a bike, the breakfast and lunch are excellent for the price!

The hotel is located in the center of Copenhagen, facing the Town Hall Square. It is only a few steps away from the subway station. The central railway station, tram station and bus station are also just steps away. The location is very advantageous. In addition to being surrounded by restaurants, across the square is the starting point of Denmark's famous attraction 🛍️ Strøget shopping pedestrian street. The service attitude of the hotel waiters is very good. Some small business cards promoting attractions and leisure discounts are placed in the lobby for guests to pick up. The rooms for three people are very spacious. The most comfortable facilities are spare iPhone wireless devices and pop coffee. There is also a small lamp with adjustable angles at the bedside. However, the sofa bed is relatively soft and supportive. It's not powerful enough, and although it has some flaws, it's still worth recommending.

Nice modern little room. Did not feel small at all. Felt comfortable and relaxed. Perfect location for vacationing and to commute to wherever you want to be with all essential public transportation nearby. Close to variety of restaurants with variety of food to try and enjoy.

Great value hotel - our room with private bathroom was compact, but had everything we needed and was spotless and comfortable, The location is ideal, very close to central station, even closer to the metro, and a very short walk to the meat-packing district with lots of restaurants and bars. Every single staff member was polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast cost 99DKR for fresh bread, cheese, meats, muesli and yoghurt, eggs, fruit and pastries, with good coffee and juices. The front of the building can be noisy, but we slept with the window open with no problem. Pack light as there is no lift, but the hotel is very clear about this. Would stay again very happily.

We arrived into Copenhagen Airport and found the train to the Centre. Need to just make sure you’re on the right platform and going in the right direction. The hotel is a very short walk and we were not disappointed. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely and the breakfasts were also very nice. The only thing I would say is if you’re looking for quiet on a Saturday night stay elsewhere or shut your windows. Not a big deal for us but just a heads up. It’s very well placed for everything.

We had a great time in Comfort Hotel Vesterbro. The location is really good, close to all sightseeing places and restaurants. The staff is very nice and kind, always ready to help. The room and interior is modern and clean. WiFi is super fast, which is quite rare for such big hotels.

Location: excellent. Just a relatively short walk to the train stations nearby. Amenities and conveniences all around. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. They are always available to you and ready to answer questions via the Cityhub app. (Psst. you can alter the colors of your Hub lights) Great and speedy Wi-Fi connection. Checking in and checking out is a breeze. You can leave your luggage at the lockers after checking out. Convenient! Lounge area is a great spot to hang out. There are drink vending machines, beer on tap and self-serve coffee machines available. You pay for them when checking-out and it’s affordable. I am a smaller person so the hub space and bed size was more than adequate. Bed was super comfy. They space guests out so you don’t have to worry much about noise and not getting a good night’s rest. There are charging and a couple of USB ports next to the bed plus a Bluetooth speaker for you to play some tunes. You’re also provided with fluffy towels and bathrobe. Communal kitchen - Basic amenities like microwave and kettle. Fridge: You can prep your food and store your leftovers in the plastic containers provided. You’ll just label them with your room number and date of check-out. Do bring flip flops for the showers, or you can buy basic toiletries from the vending machines. The spacious communal toilet area has shower and toilet stalls for privacy. Everything has been clean, private and most importantly, safe. Overall a fantastic experience!

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in late May 2024. You get the “new” feeling for everything given it is indeed just a few months in operation. The hotel is located in a very quiet and safe residential area by the port. During the day, you can expect “some work” going on around the vicinity but it is fine in my opinion. The room is considered self sufficient (no mini fridge, no bedroom slippers, no phone with just a few hangers). It is of a reasonable size for one, max two persons. Bed and pillows are comfy. The breakfast offered is unlike the usual massive buffet range but is considered very decent and healthy. Question is how much can one consume over breakfast. Several cosy eateries and supermarkets are located within walking distance. You can also chill or catch some good sun by the boardwalk nearby where people swim and yoga inside the little hut. If you wish to save some money, you should take the train from the airport and walk around 10-15mins to the hotel. Otherwise, taxi from the airport to the hotel vice versa can set you back by DKK500/- just for your guide. Rental of bicycles are available at DKK150/- per day at the hotel (new bikes). Traveling to the city, one-way transport by either bus or metro would cost around DKK24/-. Lastly, you can expect to be greeted by extremely courteous, friendly and helpful hotel staffs. We were flying from Italy via Copenhagen to the US. Arrived from Italy around 10pm. The walk over to the hotel was easy and short (signs to hotel along the way), check in was super fast (desk ppl were nice and efficient), room was nice and functional, the beds were comfortable snd the breakfast was great with many choices. One type of coffee but we were spoiled in Italy. 😂 Highly recommend it.
