The stay overall was great! The property is beautiful, especially the pool area which gives it the Caribbean feel. Rooms are very clean and nicely set up. Would stay again!

Este hotel precisa de uma atualização, a decoração já passou de moda. Quando alguém, nos quartos próximos, tomava duche ouvia-se tudo. O que mais me incomodou foi o facto de às 10.30h estarem a aspirar os quartos ao lado do meu. Fui para um hotel para relaxar e se quisesse dormir até à hora do Check-out não podia. Até porque o pequeno almoço é servido até às 11h. Achei uma falta de respeito fazerem ruído antes das 12h.

O Montebelo Viseu Congress Hotel é uma boa surpresa. Tem de ar de Hotel antigo, tem traços de hotel antigo mas é um hotel antigo que soube viver com o tempo. Não tem linhas modernas mas quem o gere soube fazê-lo de forma a que não acuse a idade. Os quartos estão impecavelmente cuidados, as casas de banho devem ter tido melhoramentos, estão perfeitamente actuais e todos os espaços comuns estão bem cuidados. A piscina interior é um encanto para um fim de dia de trabalho, pequeno almoço cuidado e empregados muito simpáticos e prestáveis .
