Beautiful room and excellent friendly service. Good English spoken. Nice evening meal outside. Short walk to the historic town centre. Breakfast was good. Cheap taxi to train station.We wish we had spent more than one night there and will return very soon.

Great hotel with a great location. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. The hotel was close to the main attractions and also close to some good restaurants. Public underground parking was within easy walking distance. This hotel was a great choice for us.

Accueil sympathique aussi bien de jour qu'en soirée, chambre agréable et literie confortable Bien situé et proche du quartier ancien. Tout se fait à pied pour qui aime marcher. Je recommande un bar à tapas...la auténtica proche de l'hôtel recommandé par l'accueil.

Une catastrophe... L'accueil fut digne d'une préposée recrutée dans le service des interrogatoires musclés de la Guardia Civile. Nous ne savions même pas où étaient les ascenseurs ! Il nous fut indiqué que la piscine se trouvait au 3e, mais l'ascenseur ne montait que jusqu'au 1er étage... Dans notre chambre, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de salle de bain, et que les 2 lavabos se trouvaient... dans la chambre ! Heureusement, les toilettes et la douche était séparées par une paroi vitrée, mais il n'y avait pas de brosse pour les toilettes... Il n'y avait pas d'armoire pour ranger nos affaires, et seule une petite tringle avec 5 cintres était placée à côté du lit... Nos vêtements sont donc restés dans nos valises. La clim devait être déréglée, car nous avons eu fort froid la nuit, malgré un réglage sur 19°C. Ce n'est que le lendemain que nous avons trouvé des couettes pour nous protéger. Le petit déjeuner est pris dans une salle enterrée, sans fenêtre. Il était franchement moyen. Seul point positif : notre voiture a été prise en charge et rendue pour notre départ. Pour le reste...

Positioned in a lively corner , away from main streets but close enough to walk to all attractions . Breakfast was lively , staff very friendly and helpful. Pool.. tiny , cold but clean , beds away from pool ,nice views from the roof . Beds very comfortable.

Hôtel assez bien situé pour visiter à pieds le centre historique (15-20 min de la mosquée cathédrale). Petite piscine sur le toit sympa. Massage top Petit-déjeuner très bien et varié mais en sous-sol. Tapas possibles mais pas de vrai restaurant Les moins : odeurs d'égouts dans la chambre surtout le 1er jour, le parking de l'hôtel trop petit pour le nombre de chambres (pourtant peu important) et pas de place devant donc stationnement payant à 300 mètres environ. L'accès en voiture compliqué surtout si on loupe une instruction de Waze ou GMap : on repart pour 20 minutes de circuit dans des rues étroites et à sens unique

This is four stars? We don't think so... Our room on the ground floor only had a view of an ugly renovation site in a narrow shaft. Another room? No such thing. The roof terrace closes at nine, so no wine for us with a view of the city in the evening. No exceptions, no sir! OK, let's drink our wine in the ugly room with the ugly view. Staff very unfriendly.
