Me and my got back sunday just gone i carnt fault this hotel food and drinks was spot on really clean the rooms and air con are good there's a little shop that has most things u need and reasonably cheap the staff are friendly and helpful if needed location is good sunbeds no problem getting 1 good for familys with kids I would go back no problem

We had a 7 day stay from 8th Sept with family and friends (6 adults and 4 kids) and we had a great time, I only have one complaint and that is the reservation of sunbeds the night before - whilst I understand that the hotel is not responsible for the behaviour of their guests, they are responsible for policing the situation. We witnessed two guests in particular who were reserving sunbeds at 8pm the night before and not just 1 or 2 but 5 or six beds with the towels that they had hired from the hotel, these should have been removed. Aside from that I have no complaints at all, the whole place is kept very clean and tidy, yes there was the odd cockroach but its the canaries and not in the rooms, they were poolside, a very special thank you to Nadia who was our maid, she cleaned the room to a very high standard and was always friendly with a big smile and a hello. The food overall was good, always something to eat, its never going to be fine dining but even the fussiest person isnt going to go hungry. The pool is cold when you first get in but that's because you are hot from the sun, once you are in it is fine. We visited the waterpark which was brilliant for adults and kids, we had a great day, would definitely recommend it. Would I return? If the opportunity presented itself - I wouldnt turn it down, a 9/10 experience.

Wir waren bereits zum 4. Mal vor Ort. Wie immer sind alle sehr freundlich, das Essen ist noch besser geworden. Wir werden 2025 wieder anreisen. Entspannung pur, Lage perfekt. Zimmer waren frisch gestrichen. Sauberkeit in der Anlage (Zigarettenstummel) wurde wesentlich verbessert. Hotelleitung ist somit kritikfähig und nimmt sich dieser auch an.

Enjoyed our 11 day stay at arena beach weather was amazing room was lovely comfy bed food was enjoyable could not fault it pool was cold was OK once in there entertainment not bad staff was friendly location 10 minutes walk to the bell tower good restaurants and bars to choose from main town 30 to 40 minutes walk great holiday

Two pools to choose from, small shop on site, pleasant 25mins walk to main shops and beach. Food ok but limited on choice, staff friendly and polite, busy drops you off at the top of the road and then you have a approx 5min walk to hotel, would return.

Very pleased with staff , cleanliness, food and weather only ******* were trying to get a sun lounger I actually see some people putting towels on at 8 at night for the next morning/ cockroaches are a pain had 3 in apartment but none in restaurant area . beach is a 12 min stroll away . All in all a relaxing holiday 😎

Excellent hotel. Rooms were lovely and pool area fantastic. The food was very good and had something for everyone. Anyone who complains is just being a fun. Our whole stay was very enjoyable. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is about 20 mins walk into main resort centre which is fine and only 5 euro for a taxi back should you require it. Would definitely return again.

Really nice staff we didn't get there till 11.30 due to delays .snacks still on bar still open rooms good kitchen very well equipped .evan though we were a/i bed room decent sized wardrobe big enough for clothes and suitcase s not far from centre about 10 mins slow walk plenty bars and restaurants close to hotel . 20 min walk to beach food was good plenty of choice for picky eaters good cleaners enjoyed our stay

Nice clean hotel would definitely stop there again easy to get to shops and beach food was good we arrived late at night and food had been left on for us rooms were a good size and good well equipped kitchen staff friendly there was plenty snacks available throughout the day
