Check in was quick and easy Lovely and clean hotel, we stayed in two bedroom this time , 2nd time here at this hotel . Great variety of food lots to choose from, lovely puddings too . Staff friendly and helpful. ( not that we had any problems) Entertainment ok , but personally we pref to go over the road to a bar, normally they have live music 5-7 great vibes 👌

Another great stay at this hotel. Arrived on Saturday and Nick was there to greet us as usual. There was a bottle of water and a bottle of wine waiting for us although we went to the bar for drinks. All the staff are very welcoming as they all know us. The pool area was very clean and rarely had to worry about sunbeds although we did see people put there towels down and go straight out. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I only ate the pastries. We are in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was good. I asked about hiring a mobility scooter as I am in a wheelchair and it was waiting for me in reception the next morning, The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were supplied. I cannot fault this hotel especially for its location. Booked for next year again and cannot wait

Lovely week. What a smashing introduction to Fuerteventura. Went with Jet2 and very happy with transfers etc. Hotel is modern and spotless, the rooms airy and light and breakfast generous and varied. A s much as you want. Is topped up throughout the service period. Had a top floor room overlooking the water and would recommend paying the extra as much more private than looking out over the road even though it's not particularly busy traffic wise. Cafe is great in the day as it opens to everyone....cyclists, walkers etc. Plentiful rolls, cakes, the omlette is highly recommended. It is on the very edge of town so if you like walking it's about 45 minutes down into the main area along very safe quiet roads. If you want a spanish bistro closer by there's the Punta Elana about 15 minutes to the right out of the hotel.....just walk towards the town and you'll come to it. Hotel happy to call taxis but we prefer walking so didn't use them. We are going back in February for another week as enjoyed it so much.

From the moment arriving at the reception at Playa Park Zensation where the staff were very welcoming and friendly I could tell it was going to be a fantastic stay. We arrived before our room was ready however the friendly receptionist put our bags in a room and gave us our wristbands so we could start our holiday. Walking out to the main area we were greeted by Gino and Milen putting on activities for guests which we got involved in straight away and were made to feel welcome not just by them but fellow guests as well. When our room was ready the receptionist called our phone to let us know so didn't keep going to check which was great. The drink options were really good with alot of premium drinks included in the package. The bar and restaurant staff were 5 star giving exceptional service and always with a smile. The rooms were fantastic which were cleaned each day to a high standard. We stayed in the Zensation block which led to the infinity pool upstairs and the spa down stairs. The Spa was really nice and relaxing and the spa staff were very friendly as well. Food was exceptional the whole week with plenty of choice to suit everyone. The a la carte restaurant was very nice with table service and was a nice change from the restaurant which we enjoyed on two of the nights. My steak was cooked to perfection. Entertainment was fantastic with Milen and Gino doing games in the morning and then quiz and bingo in the evening. The evening entertainment which was varied with entertainment by the poolside followed by a act inside later in the evening. It was sad to be leaving and have already said will be going back next year as it was exceptional. There is so much more I could write as this hotel deserves all the credit it receives. We also found a great sports bar 5 mins from the hotel who showed a variety of matches and hosted a great bingo afternoon on Tuesday.

Just back after spending 10 days here and glad to be back. When we arrived we were booked in and told where our room was and that there would be food available from 10pm. The food was only cold because it was late but it was sufficient and we then had a few drinks. In the morning we heard banging and looked out of our window and noticed there was building work being done on the hotel that we were unaware of. This work was going on every week day and one of the bar staff told us that is would be going on until December, so if you are intending to go just be aware of this. The restaurant is downstairs and the food is not bad but the temperature is a bit hit or miss and the pool bar food is basic but hot. The bars serve premium drinks and some of the bar staff give very large measures so if you are not a big drinker just watch this. The hotel is a bit run down in places and a bit scruffy but some of the staff are very good and very friendly. This was our first visit to fuerteventura and found it a bit rundown with abandoned resorts around and is not nearly as nice as it’s neighbours.

We stayed here in August of this year and had an absolutely fabulous time. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Yes the beds and quite hard, but surely that’s personal preference? The food was your standard all inclusive fair, which could get repetitive, but I find that everywhere. The staff were always very friendly, especially the entertainment team. We did have to get up early to put towels on sun loungers, but this is because we wanted pool side beds to watch our girls. We loved it so much that we have just booked to go back May of next year! Count down is ON!
