Un hotel stile montagna. Molto elegante e signorile. Si trova a poche centinaia di metri dal centro di Cortina percio' è molto tranquillo. Lo staff ed il responsabile sono molto gentili e disponibili. La stanza sempre in ordine e molto pulita. Abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante con piatti di mare e anche di terra e siamo stati molto soddisfatti.

This hotel was our favorite! The staff was so accommodating! Emma, Sophia and Annastastia were friendly and helpful. They gave us great suggestions where to hike and eat in the area. They even helped us with a problem we had at another hotel. We highly recommend this hotel because of the staff, the location and the breakfast!

Hotel datato bagni da rivedere scomodi non funzionali siamo fermi agli anni 70 dicono 450 metri. Dal centro reali sono 2500 m colazione passabile cena al ristorante base di pesce crudo dissenteria e vomito alla notte c'è qualche problema nella preparazione prezzo eccessivo da non tornare

Albergo poco fuori il centro di Cortina, raggiungibile con 10 minuti di passeggiata sulla ciclabile. Camere pulite, ristorante ottimo, personale molto gradevole. I bagni potrebbero essere ristrutturati per rendere migliori le stanze.

This property is a bait and switch. They advertise on their website that every room has a balcony, but that is not true. Secondly, there are no screens on the windows. We opened the windows to let the cool air in while we ate dinner and returned to our room to find bugs and mosquitoes inside. As a result, we had to close the windows all night, which made the room warm. Additionally, at 5:30 am, someone in a nearby room took a shower, and the pipes made a squeaking noise that woke us up. Furthermore, there was major construction on a new building that is going to take a while, and all the construction noise started early. We had very little sleep, and the front desk staff seemed like they couldn't care less. I even pointed out that their website clearly states all rooms have balconies, but they just said sorry. I would never stay there again. And the breakfast staff was not very good either.

Quando sono arrivato con la mia famiglia ho pensato subito sinceramente che non fosse un hotel a 4 stelle. Stanza con arredamento molto antico, rovinato con il tempo e un bagno che perdeva acqua dalla vasca oltre a una tavoletta del water usurata. Sono andato a farlo presente alla reception, il giorno dopo la tavoletta era cambiata. Complimenti per le tempistiche! Mi sono trovato bene anche con il cane anche se 20 euro al giorno è un po’ esagerato! Servizio colazione e cena buono! Personale gentile e disponibile! Mi sono ricreduto rispetto all’inizio, io investirei sull’arredamento camere e bagno.

Villa Blu was a bit overrated and didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our room was clean but small and basic and the hotel overall had a feeling of being functional and adequate but nothing stands out. The restaurant food was also rather bland and the service routine. For example, we booked a table for dinner but when we arrived better tables had reserved signs on but we were shown to a table that was not reserved. I asked to change but was told off hand the table given to us was “our” reservation. The service at breakfast was also not so good, the wait staff didn’t listen or didn’t care. The hotel is a little out of the way for a stay in summer, but I guess with snow it’s in a good location for skiers. I really have no complaints just nothing good to say, we booked, we stayed, we ate. In the end that’s what we paid for and that’s what was delivered. No more no less.
