Not bad, although there were a few twists and turns, but the platform solved it! The scenery of the hotel is really good and beautiful. Two people can visit Yongchi Lake and the breakfast is better. British elderly people prefer this place when traveling!

Love this hotel and everything about it. Have used previous reviews whilst speaking to other guests on what to use, or not. Reception was great when checking in, although I have asked them twice now to empty our fridge. We are not willing to pay the prices for items although we would still like to use the fridge for our own. Maybe it will be emptied before we leave although I am not willing to ask for a third time. Cleaners have gone the extra mile, even to the extent of getting us harder pillows. Breakfast has been great, and the service by staff impecible. Haven't used SEEN due to the poor reviews, but have enjoyed using local restaurants. Now for the bad bit and where the FOMO phobia comes in. The reserving of towels in a 5 Star hotel is just beyond me. Why individuals, sad to say mostly Brits, have to think they can reserve a sunbed is just obscene. They leave the towel there with their British book for hours at a time. All this does is potentially create an atmosphere where these individuals think it is their right to own a sunbed for the whole day whilst only using it for an hour or so. Hopefully reception will do something about it, even as far as getting a deposit for a towel, and removing it after an hour of no use. Such a shame and putting a slightly negative aspect to a lovely hotel in a great setting.

Beautiful, well run property in an excellent location. Exceptional customer service from everyone we met SEEN restaurant was the best place we ate in a week - not the cheapest, but you felt that someone had actually thought about the menu and wine list…plus there’s a live DJ

We had the pleasure again of staying at the Tivoli which never fails to impress. All the staff greet you with a smile and can’t do enough to make us feel at home. The rooms are spacious and modern. There is a choice of three swimming pools with food and drink available to order all day. Looking forward to coming back.

Una maravilla de hotel. Están cuidados todos los detalles para hacer de tu estancia una experiencia maravillosa. El personal amabilísimo, siempre sonriente. La habitación amplia, bonita y limpia. Una ducha estupenda y unas camas para pasarte el día durmiendo. Las piscinas un sueño, ni fuimos a la playa….¡Todo de diez!

Wir hatten hier einen Traum Urlaub, besser noch als erwartet. Wir waren das erste Mal an der Costa Adeje und hatten von den ganzen großen Hotels gehört. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war dies das schönste Hotel, außerhalb der Schulferien waren auch wenig Kinder dort. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Vielfalt der Pflanzen in der Anlage sehr beeindruckend! Wir hatten Halbpension , das Essen ist überdurchschnittlich gut. Es gab immer verschiedene Themen wie zum Beispiel mediterrane Küche oder Fisch. Das Essen hat wirklich eine hervorragende Qualität und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist überall sehr ,sehr freundlich. Wir haben mit Paolo, Giuseppe und Lisa und zahlreichen anderen netten Mitarbeitern gleich immer einige nette kurze Gespräche geführt. So hat man sich im Hotel richtig wie zu Hause gefühlt.. auch die Chefs haben immer freundlich gegrüßt. Die Pools sind beheizt und angenehm und es gab immer freie Liegen und genug Handtücher! Wir haben schon viele 5 Sterne Hotels ausprobiert und lieben den Luxus, diesen haben wir hier wirklich erhalten. Wir können es kaum erwarten,wiederzukommen !! !
