Vicky our lovely waitress poolside was always very happy and waited on us like royalty - thank you ! The pool area was immaculate and the food was out of this world, especially breakfast- protein shake menu, the best eggs Benedict and again, service was 10/10 I’ve been coming to this hotel on and off for 20 years - nothing else around Costa Adeje can beat it

Third time here in a year, absolutely fantastic place to stay. Exceptional service from all of the staff. Lovely food and good beer! Great views of Costa Adeje and a lovely swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Enjoyed a lovely holiday at this outstanding hotel. We had a beautiful suite overlooking the pool and the sea . The cleaner Almudena kept the room immaculately clean. A special thanks to Francisco our butler who was excellent, very attentive, cheerful and knowledgeable about the area, he even greeted us with a few words in our Welsh language . Thanks also to Pablo who was the butler who greeted us on arrival and who was always very helpful throughout the holiday. The quality of the food was excellent and a special thanks to Ruth, Miguel and Janeth who served us splendidly in the various restaurants.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Iberostar Grand Salomé, and I can’t praise it enough. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail and level of service were outstanding. The staff genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome and relaxed. Special mention to Vicky in the bar – her service was absolutely spot on, always with a smile and happy to recommend the perfect drink for each evening. Ruth at breakfast was just as fantastic, ensuring everything ran smoothly and always greeting us with a warm smile to start our day right. The suites are beautifully appointed, with plenty of space and lovely decor. Our private terrace had stunning views over the sea – the ideal spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The pool area is well-kept, and having access to a quieter beach was a real bonus. Food was excellent, especially at breakfast where the spread was impressive – loads to choose from and everything delicious. Thanks again to Ruth for her impeccable service each morning. All in all, the Iberostar Grand Salomé is the perfect choice if you’re looking for a proper five-star getaway with first-class service. Can’t wait to return for another brillaint stay!

We are sadly leaving this wonderful hotel today , I cannot fault anything . All the staff are amazing , so friendly , nothing is too much trouble . The room is decorated tastefully , bed is huge and very comfortable . Sun beds are plentiful and never had any problem getting one. The pool is at such an ambient temperature , no dreading getting your shoulders under , just get straight in ! So sad to be leaving , weather has been amazing and the sunsets from your sunbed are the best I’ve ever seen . You won’t be sorry booking here !
