J’étais à l’hôtel Jacaranda avec mes amies ont a été bien étais accueilli par la réception. Le restaurant et pas top pas très variés et les plats sont sales. Je tiens à remercier l’animateur rulio qui nous a accompagné tout le long de nos vacances toujours très souriant et très disponible.

Heel goed hotel voor de prijs die je betaald. Als je een melding maakt bij de receptie wordt die meteen verholpen. Het eten is ook heerlijk met vele thema's en ondanks het handdoek leggen hadden wij elke dag bedjes en we waren met een grote groep. Het enige was de animatie die was minder en vroeg afgelopen. Een terras buiten in de avond zou een aanwinst zijn.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questo hotel e siamo stati benissimo. La camera era perfetta e il buffet sempre molto fornito, cosa non da poco viste de dimensioni della struttura. Anche i ragazzi dell’animazione sono molto carini è sempre presenti.

The staff are lovely they work so hard. The hotel it self need work ,tiles coming off the bottom if the swimming pool, boards unlevel dangerous. Broken tiles in lifts around pool everywhere . Lifts don't always work . Towels in room are a bit hit and miss a couple of times holes in them and thin . Pool view paid extra well it's crap. Food is ok it's just the restaurant is not bigger enough people pushing fighting for food but it's refilled all the time so u don't have to rush I would not go here again .

Ci troviamo talmente bene che, questa, ad oggi, è stata la quinta volta negli ultimi anni, la seconda solo nel 2024. Pulizia estrema, vasta scelta di pietanze ad ogni pasto, personale estremamente gentile; la posizione, relativamente centrale rispetto alle spiaggie che frequentiamo, lo rendono una meta quasi obbligatoria. Inutile dire che, se non ci saranno intoppi, a marzo 2025 ci vedrà nuovamente presenti.

Bellissima esperienza,animatori fantastici in primis Simone il capoanimatore...ma anche gli altri ragazzi come Andrea Ruben insomma tutti bravi.Le camere sono belle spaziose e con vista sulla piscina unica nota "negativa" al buffet delle colazioni ci sono troppe poche scelte di dolci ma per il resto abbiamo mangiato benissimo i ragazzi della sala tutti gentili e anche il Maitre di sala Janvier persona squisita è stato un piacere ritorneremo
