Our stay at the hotel fully lived up to our expectations regarding the quality and service that a five-star hotel should provide. The “firm hand” of the hotel’s general manager, Cristina Aguiar Rivero, was clearly felt—everything was so well-organized and efficient: cleanliness, order, excellent service, and diverse, delicious food. The hotel is located right by the beach, close to a promenade, shopping, and high-quality restaurants. And let’s not forget the seawater pools and the wellness center. This hotel exudes an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. Our room had an ocean view, and every day we watched the sunrise and sunset from the terrace. If we decide to visit Tenerife again, there will be no need to think twice—our choice is Grand Tacande! A huge thank you to Kristina and the entire staff for a wonderful stay! See you again! We’ve been here twice in a year and a half… The service is incredible. The amenities for the price are unbeatable. The location is perfect. They have 5 star service. The restaurants aren’t world renowned but the selection is everything you could ask for; steak, fish, chicken, chips, fries, desserts and drinks. If you’re staying, spend the extra for gold level so you get the real 5 star experience. Again, there may be nicer or fancier hotels but if you want to be comfortable, and not break your bank, come here. The only thing in my opinion that could be better is the massage service. My husband disagrees but we both agree that the hydro circuit is bliss. We played tennis, room service most nights, and had our car valet’d for the price of a Marriott with WAY BETTER SERVICE. The staff is friendly and speaks multiple languages. They don’t make you feel uncomfortable and they're just grateful and happy. We love it here. If you have children, we definitely recommend this hotel. They have amenities for both you and them.

My wife, two kids, both 15, and I are currently staying at the hotel. Would rate this as no better than decent 4*. Biggest complaint is how cold the pools are……literally unbearable and never experienced anything like it. No one uses the pool as it’s far too cold despite the fact it’s advertised as ‘heated’. Really disappointed for the kids and being unable to use the main facilities for an entire holiday is unacceptable!

Piscinas impecables, pistas de paddle, gimnasio con lo necesario. Chill out en la azotea. El staff se desvive por el Cliente con una mezcal de rigor profesional pero con cercanía En la gestión Cristina es insuperable, cercana y disponible para quien lo necesite. En recepción, Denarise despliega su simpatía y capacidad profesional con una atención inmejorable. En los bares y chill out César, Nino, Manuel o Cristian, entre otros, destacan por su profesionalidad y buen hacer. Y el DJ de la zona chill out, Pablo, sabe en cada momento adaptar la música al público con una excelente play list propia. En resumen, hotel para repetir en cada visita a costa Adeje

Gran Tacande exceeded our expectation in every way. Great location. Amazing food, not like usual buffets, really good quality. Excellent spa. Outstandimg service. Variety of pools. Very green. Surroundings and walks are great too. Top choice for Tenerife.

This was our first time visiting this beautiful hotel. The check-in was seamless and the lovely young lady that checked us in was very helpful. We were shown to our lovely room (on the 6th floor) which had the most beautiful Seaview and ticked every box perfectly. The hotel certainly lived up to its 5* rating. The only slight disappointment for us was the following: 1. The pool floor in the main pool clearly is in need of attention and had started to break up in several areas. This was very clear to see and seemed such a shame for such a lovely hotel. 2. The restaurant was lovely but didn't seem to flow properly between stations, but mainly the food was never very warm We were surprised to see a microwave for us all to use if we wanted to warm our meal up. This seemed very strange. 3. The hotel had a lot of areas that were literally left in darkness day & night, this made it feel less friendly in our opinion. None of these issues took away from our lovely trip and would not put us of off returning to this beautiful place. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, with a very short walk to the beautiful beach which we spent many hours enjoying. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning in the future.

Premetto che e’ un hotel che che frequento da alcuni anni, situato proprio alla passeggiata sull’ oceano di Costa Adeje. E’ sempre un piacere soggiornare qui, gentilezza e professionalità di tutto il personale. Cucina ottima con angoli tematici e sempre carne e pesce cotto al momento. Ottimo angolo sushy, per non parlare della prima colazione con prodotti x tutti i gusti! Le camere sono ampie e pulite, stavolta le avevamo a pianterreno ma avremmo preferito a piano altro… piscine e vasche con acqua di mare. Presentazione delle feste natalizie con musica e aperitivo, molto bello. Complimenti alla. Direzione! Grazie a tutti, arrivederci a presto!
