Hotel Malibu Park

We are just back from a wonderful holiday in malibu park Hotel. Staff all very friendly and helpful. If your not planning on moving very far from hotel, everything is on your door step. Our room was modern and big, and had the biggest shower iv ever been in which was great, especially coming bk from pool with wet gear on. Our balcony was nice but definitely need an umbrella out there. Some apts had them and others didn't. We could not fault the cleanliness of the place. Pool area great apart from ppl putting towels on chairs in morning and not seeing those ppl till evening. But all you need do is tell the life guard if no one has been on chair in over 2 hours and he will remove the towels. My husbands 40th birthday fell on a day there and the hotel surprised him with a cake delivered to the room. We were nicely surprised as I had not organised this. We also booked tennis court for the evenings and now we have a new favorite hobby. Tennis court is big and clean. We are quiet happy with our stay and will definitely return. Just returned from a fabulous week in Tenerife and our s/c apartment at Malibú Park. I scoured reviews before booing this as a last minute getaway and so glad I ignored the bad ones. This is such a lovely complex for a budget and I would not hesitant to return! Had two 25yr olds with me and they had a great time and loved the pool area and the little takeaway place by reception - freshly made food and good prices too. All the staff were so friendly and a massive shoutout to Lucas and Adrienn who went above and beyond to help us with a food issue (delivery company) and then when TUI bumped us from our flight. Adrienn sorted out a new transfer for us and kept me reassured they would help if we couldn’t fly home on correct day. MUCHA Gracias! Pool was great and no big issues with sunbeds and space - never felt overcrowded. Nice quiet location but still so close to everywhere and cheap taxis to get around. Hint: use get your guide to book things as good rails and straightforward.

I was nervous looking at reviews. Rooms are dated however complex as a whole is great. Pool and bar area is great shame pool bar doesn’t do food. Supermarket 2mins walk and restaurants for breakfast and dinner same distance. Hemmaways is a must opposite the water park

Great location, clean and comfortable apartments. The pool was great and the staff were very friendly. Some good local places to eat around the corner also. The beach was roughly a 15 minute walk downhill. Overall great experience would come again.

This is an excellent complex, the cleanest we have ever seen. It's safe as it is card entry only, the pool which is heated in winter is on the 3rd floor and is Great for families as well as couples. The pool bar is well managed, and snacks are available at the bar at the side of reception. People have commented some apartments are dated, and I must agree but they are clean and functional, the bonus of this complex is many units are privately owned, this has a great advantage for holiday makers because the pool is fairly quiet, always plenty of sun beds available. Also aqualand is only across the road and it's great for kids. We found that the pool bar served the best tasting beer of the whole holiday, only 3.30 euros if for pool are and 3 euros if kept in pool bar area. Great place will definitely be back. Worth mentioning the cleaning staff who do an excellent job. They text you every day to see if you need a clean. The choice is yours, the best service we have ever had.

The hotel beat my expectations. the staff were all very friendly and helpful, they even left a surprise birthday dessert in the fridge for my 8 year old daughter which I thought was lovely. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. There were four of us staying in a one bedroom apartment. The pool area was our favourite part. There was a very relaxed environment, never too busy and we always got a sun lounger. There is astro turf around the pool which was great for the little ones running about, I didn't need to worry about them slipping and hurting themselves. And there was a bar that served drinks and ice-creams. The hotel is up a hill, and the kids struggled with this especially towards the end of the holiday. They slept well though so that's a bonus in my book.

Great apartments, very clean, extremely well equipped, good size pool with plenty of sun loungers and a bar area, literally across the road from aqualand, nice restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk, around a 15-20 minute walk (downhill) to the main area where food etc is a little cheaper, we walked back Most of the time but a taxi is only 6 euro from fanabe beach area. This is a non serviced self catering apartment not a hotel, it has a washing machine and we were provided with a change of bedding in the cupboard to change the bed, there is a washing machine which we used everyday, to wash towels, beachwear and clothes, meaning we were able to pack lighter and just have 1 hold luggage bag so saving on travel expenses. We had a 2 tier balcony with an ocean view and an airer so clothing was dry within a couple of hours. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.
