Myself, my husband and 11 year old daughter stayed for 7 nights in October. We were half board. This was our first to this hotel having been to Costa Adeje many times. Here’s our positive/negatives +Great location for exploring the island. Close to beaches & shops +Friendly staff, particularly restaurant/bar staff +Very clean with staff around the hotel cleaning all through the day +Food varied and plenty of options to suit all ages and tastes. We had breakfast everyday, dinner 5 nights and lunch 2 of the days. It never felt repetitive and there was a different theme every evening. We loved BBQ night, the meat was quality and so tasty. +Able to swap lunch/dinner +Air conditioning really good +It was great to be able to keep our room for a additional 6 hours at a cost of €20 which we thought was very reasonable +The entertainment singers were really good, we enjoyed listening while playing card games +Soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and ice lollies are a good price +Laundry facilities which meant we could do 2 loads of washing before coming home +Wifi overall very good, it would dip out occasionally but worked well -Beds really hard -Had to ask reception 3 times for additional pillows -Sunbeds! People would put towels down, spend 20 minutes on the beds go off for the whole day. Or they would put towels out and not return until 2pm/3pm. -There was 3 different lifeguards - one didn’t look up from his phone once, another walked around a few times and the other guy walked around and spoke to guests and made sure they adhered to pool rules. The hotel needs to look in to this. -The hotel needs to take debit/credit card details when guests arrive, we had a €155 bill to pay on departure we could have easily just departed without paying. Overall we had a lovely time and all said we would stay at this hotel again the huge positives outweigh the negatives. Thank you Hovima Panorama.
