Regency Torviscas Apartments and Suites

Excellent apartments and amenities. The reception team both on arrival and departure were very very friendly and informative. Only slight downside for us was it was a little too far from the beach and amenities which made it very quiet however this would suit a lot of people. There was an excellent Spanish themed restaurant around the corner from the resort literally 2 minutes which served excellent food and had excellent background music.

Wouldnt recommend this place at all. Staff are so rude and abrupt. Not child or pram friendly. Doesnt have half the facilities they state on their website. Pool chlorine and PH levels are extremely high and caused sever rashes to all children. No entertainment at all. No kitchen or food services. Kids arnt allowes to play in the pool or have any pool toys. Life gaurd sits on his phone with back to all the pool. We witness 2 accidents at the resort not 1 member of staff came over to help or support. The apartments are completely standard and not really liveable. There is no air con you will just be provided with q desk fan which does not work. There is no WIFI at all it doesnt connect or work. There are broken tiles all around the pool. There are doors that are smashes in, moul and dirt inside the rooms. There isnt an ounce of atmosphere in the resort at all. The staff really are so rude it is uncomfortable. I would avoid at all costs. We traveled as a group of 13 people with 7 children.

Great hotel, lovely staff, good location, for the price you cannot go wrong with this hotel. 10 Min walk into town for the bars and restaurants etc

After reading the reviews we were sceptical about the hotel. But I cannot fault the hotel at all. There was usually an ease to get sunbeds bar a couple of days. Was frustrating as some were not used until the afternoon. There is space for more of them. Pool bar was reasonably priced and food good. Good shop and bakery on site. Yes the hill is steep but 5-6 euros for the taxi back eased that. Main ***** was good for food and drinks at very reasonable prices. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Just not the walk home 😂

Just returned from an 11 night stay here with my husband, 5 year old and another couple with 13 and 5 year old. Apartments are so spacious with huge terraces, kitchen with everything you need. Only downside is no air con but do have ceiling fans in lounge and bedroom. I would advise looking into hiring air con as the rooms are like saunas 🥵 Pool is plenty big enough with a pool bar in the centre which unfortunately means no ball games allowed but inflatables are allowed. Killer pool, killer darts, water volley during the day. We didn't use the evening entertainment or eat in the hotel on an evening so cannot comment on that, we did have 2 lunches from the pool bar which were really nice. We walked down to adeje but definitely need a taxi back up, €6/7 euros. We did manage the walk up a couple of times, but the last part of the walk is quite an incline! Supermarket and bakery attached to the hotel. There is signs round the hotel regarding food and drink being prohibited from outside but we always took our own and was never questioned, at the end of the day this is self catering so can't expect you to pay €4 per beer when the shop has cans of beer for less than €1. Sunbed situation is the usual 🙄 but this could differ from day to day!! One day they has taped them up and are signs all round saying towels etc will be removed if not occupied but these rules are not followed, not just here but every hotel I've been to 🤣 Overall we had the best time, until next time Tenerife 🫶

Generally a very average apartment complex. Relatively clean but quite run down. Not much atmosphere or energy around the place. The pool is warm and a nice area to be in. The lifeguards are inconsistent with one allowing balls and the other having a strict no ball policy which is quite frustrating. Good 20 mins down to the sea front, shops and restaurants, hill back up is hard work but satisfying !
