Flamingo Beach Mate

Stayed last year had great time this year not so good room not got cleaned as much as it should of which was dissapointing werent allowed to get umbrella by pool cudnt move them which was not good upgraded to sea view €200 breakfast was poor same every day so decided to eat out last day hoping for late checkout which we couldnt get think 4* should be more a 3* few little bits not good so we wnt stay again

Perfectly situated in the middle of e erything! Can walk to everything! The rooms were spacious and we received a big bottle of water everyday! Room 618 has the best view! The dock for all water activities steps away and the service was impeccable!

Nice mid range hotel centrally located Costa Adeje. Good value for two bed appartment for 5 of us. Included a decent hot & cold buffet breakfast in a lovely courtyard type setting. Nice size pool, not too big or small. lifeguard on duty daytime & was never crazy busy always got sun chairs & could see the kids from where we sat. Pool bar was very nice , offered tasty lunches (toasties, paella, fries etc) & drinks at good prices. Though sometimes the music bit banging (must depend on who on duty!) some more chilled beach vibes be nicer! It was mainly families & couples there all friendly & polite. Staff were all lovely we got a free extra early check in as a room was ready at 12 when we arrived - much appreciated ! If you have a 2 bed ask for a room with one large balcony rather than two small ones they've the better views & more comfortable for hanging out as a family. I'd definitely recommend. It's close to everything lots lovely bars & restaurants close by as well.

While accommodation was good unfortunately i had 3 rings and a necklace stolen from my room by the cleaning staff. No real reaction from hotel, no compensation or authentic apology. Same cleaning staff there now! Bring valuables with you at all times…

Awful customer service if you don’t buy into their hard sales pitch! We were looking for new hotels along the beach front and got invited to look around flamingo beach mate. The woman said we’d get free wine and a chance to look around the facilities, which was really what we wanted to do. She then said if we stayed for one hour we’d win a large prize. We wanted to look at the hotel and knew this part was probably a con though! We were bombarded with a sales pitch whilst repeatedly telling the rather rude sales rep than we wouldn’t be signing anything regardless of her ‘deals’ told her we were only interested in looking at the property, but this wasn’t enough for her and she continued to be rude when I told her we would be leaving and wouldn’t be signing anything. She rang the receptionist who was supposedly putting our prizes together to ask if we’d stayed long enough to receive our ‘ prize’ even though I told her repeatedly we’d been well over the agreed hour already. At which point we said we were leaving. She then said we couldn’t have our ‘prize’ because we needed to sign in order to get them! Please don’t waste an hour of your precious holiday being ****** into this scam! Didn’t even get a free drink while we were listening to her hammer her pitch either! There are many more beautiful hotels in the surrounding area that we will choose from for our upcoming winter holiday.
