This was our 2nd time staying here and what a time we had 😀 Checking was really quick bags taken to our room,staff was fantastic the hole two weeks we was here,food was amazing lots of choice,we stayed star prestige and it was fantastic.We was All Inclusive drinks was good and we’ve booked again for next year

Right from the start the staff were amazing, choice for food was incredible, one of the best 4 star I've stayed.the only negative point was waiting for lift took a while.i would strongly recommend and my next trip to this area will be to book in the same hotel.

We’ve been coming to this hotel for the past ten years and this won’t be our last stay. From the moment you walk into the hotel you feel at home. Very quick check in process along with a glass of cava or juice. And Julio who’s always there to help you bring your suitcases to your room. The rooms are of a good size and have everything you need along with a coffee machine and fridge. View over to La Gomera is outstanding as always. Beds are a big hard to my liking but that’s personal preference. They’re comfortable enough to sleep in. Bar and restaurant staff are always very pleasant and polite and always take time to chat to you. Props to Ivan, Alex, Fran, Roxy, Max, and many others I fail to remember the names of. The food is great and there’s plenty of choice and variety even for the pickiest eaters or people suffering from allergies. Just talk to one of the chefs or manager and they will help you out and make you a dish going with your dietary requirements. Plenty of choice at every meal. They offer daily little specialties that always change and are always very tasty. And Eidel, the crepes master. The entertainment team is always present to keep you busy during the day and offer various shows in the evening whether it’s by the team or outside acts there’s also live music every night in the bar all. Props to Amalia, Viktoria, Javi 1&2, Estefano, Vanessa and Lucia. Whether you want to be active and do some fitness activities or more laid back ones with archery, darts, and some workshops led by Viktoria, there’s always something to do. And if you don’t want to join in certain activities they won’t bother you or try to force you to join. Watching the daily aquagym/zumba is always fun as well. As well as the water carpet. They have a weekly demonstration of paella, sangria and mojo. Overall it’s another amazing stay at the Bouganville and certainly not the last.

Excellent hotel in a great location overlooking the sea. Great selection of food and drinks, and very helpful staff. There are 3 pools and a children's play area, and loads of sun beds - we never had a problem getting beds each morning. The only issue that we had with the hotel was that our bathroom was quite small, but thats a small issue overall. Would certainly recommend this hotel. We were all inclusive but we did eat out one evening at Mr Singhs, close by to the hotel, an excellent restaurant.

I would say that this is the best 4 star hotel that I have stayed in. The staff are all amazing, we upgraded to star prestige, where we enjoyed adult only dining area and sunbathing areas, with drinks available, plus jacuzzi, and great comfortable sunbeds with stunning views, especially from the top floor area. We also had access to a small lounge where there are snacks, fruit, coffee machine and a plethora of drinks to help yourself to. Ivan was so friendly and helpful when replenishing these areas, he became a part of our daily routine. The food in both restaurants, main one and the All inclusive one with sea views was outstanding!! There is so much choice and it's all of very good quality. Again with star prestige you can access a sectioned off area for adults in the main dining room, all the staff are amazing, but I need to mention Ibrahim and Ruben. They were fabulous!! The drinks are all of good quality, we had international spirits, some lovely wine and cocktails. Also Diaz makes a lovely Barraquito. Diaz, Ophelia and Anais need a mention, thank you all. Due to some rooming issues we became known to reception, all the staff here tried thier very best to help us, Manolo, Melania and our friend Martina along with the rest of the staff go out of their way to help. One staff member who must have a special mention is Julio, what a star 🌟 🤩. Nothing is too much trouble for him, he goes above and beyond to help. And always with a smile. I cannot wait to go back.

**Five-Star Experience at Kids Club!** Back in March, our daughter attended a two-week program at the Kids Club, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked through the doors, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and bursting with energy. Our daughter immediately felt at ease, and her excitement only grew each day she attended. A special shout-out goes to Vanessa, who was truly outstanding throughout the entire program. Vanessa’s dedication, kindness, and enthusiasm made a huge impact on our daughter. She went above and beyond to ensure every child felt included and engaged, tailoring activities to suit their interests and skill levels. Vanessa's genuine care and attention to detail made all the difference, and it was clear she has a true passion for working with children. Her ability to connect with each child, making them feel seen and valued, is a rare and wonderful gift. Every day, our daughter came home bubbling with stories about the fun she had, the new friends she made, and the exciting things she learned. The variety of activities kept her interested and engaged, and it was heartwarming to see her develop new skills and confidence. We are so grateful for this fantastic experience and for the wonderful staff, especially Vanessa, who made these two weeks so memorable for our daughter. We highly recommend the Kids Club to any parents looking for a nurturing, fun, and positive environment for their children. We can’t wait for the next holiday.

Iberostar Waves Bouganville Playa is definitely worth the 4 stars. A lot of positive points, that outweigh the few points of improvement. We chose this hotel after some research on different review websites and the high rating for food was decisive, since we wanted the all inclusive board. it. When we arrived the check-in was done very quickly and, were offered a drink and got our keys to the room. Very friendly staff at front-office. We booked a room with sea-side view we had a room at 7th floor which made the view even more beautiful at night Rooms are good. The beds were comfortable, I would describe the mattress hardness as "medium hard". It feels comfortable but you won't "sink" into the mattress. I prefer a soft mattress, but l never woke up with back painso I would consider it very nice. The bathroom is fine, shower feels good but you have to "play" with the water temperature a little. Shampoo, soap and conditioner were provided as well as a hair dryer and a bidet. During the 3 meals there is so much to choose from. It literally is too much to remember.Some choices are the same every day (pasta/pizza/salads/fries), but they also have a theme (for example, one day was Japanese/sushi night) every night and alternate food options. It's busy in the restaurant, but still you can get a place to sit, food and drinks quite quick. They offer a AI snackbar near the pools where they provide a smaller selection of food, like pizzas and pasta. They also serve different cocktails, liquors, wine, beers, sodas. Both at the pool/lobbybar and restaurant the staff was very friendly. The hotel has 2 swimming pools and 2 swimming pools for children. I can't really tell about the children's pool as I only walked by. Water temperature is nice and I guess it's a mix of salt/chlorine water? Main pool starts off shallow and gets deeper. Second pool is slightly deeper but has a "in-seating" part on the edge which is around 50 cm deep. We spent most of the time in that pool chilling on the edge. There are plenty of sunbeds with parasols available. The hotel provides bathing towels for 20 euros deposit per towel. You can change them everyday at the pool. At the back of the pool/garden is the entrance to get to the beach. Although it takes some stairs to get there, it's nearby. There are activities on the daily around the main pool or near the poolbar. The hotel is family-oriented, has a Star Camp for children and also some activities for children. The hotel provides entertainment (almost) every night. Unfortunately when we arrived in September , they mentioned that all the evening entertainment would be inside since Summer holiday season had ended. Too bad. Smoking is allowed on your balcony (ask for an ash tray) outside the lobby and next to beach entrance. On the day of our departure we checked out at 11, but would depart at 17. We could store our luggage and have breakfast, lunch and all inclusive until we left. They also provide shower rooms after check o
