Sadly this hotel is not even close to a 4*. General service is pretty poor. Food offering for meals is very boring and they have the same dishes almost every day with the only real effort that was put in was on NYE. Chefs won’t even do a poached egg in the morning as I assume too much effort. Asked for gluten free bread, eventually was brought out a baguette wrapped in plastic that was warmed up but still frozen inside. There was nothing else on offer. All inclusive cocktails have to be off their menu - no chance in just having a margarita or espresso martini for example as this had to be paid for extra! General hotel cleanliness not great with cigarette butts and old fireworks scattered outside our ground floor balcony for days. Glass and confetti still on tiled floor around pool 2 days after NYE event. Felt like they put everything into NYE but the days either side are the bare minimum. Pool bar always had just one staff so always queued. They were strict with closing the snacks when asked for a slice of pizza for our kids at 5:40 (10 mins after the close time with the pizza still sitting there) but they didn’t actually start serving them until half an hour after the official snack bar opening times. On day one we tried making bookings for the other restaurants on site but both fully booked for our whole stay so couldn’t book. A very poorly run hotel with a lack of effort made throughout unfortunately. Won’t be returning.

Avoid at all cost. Scam. "Heated pools" are not heated. Take into consideration when booking the hotel with kids. Instead book Riu Palace, Gran Tecande or Villa Cortez. Don't promote heated pools Adeje Palace, we call it scam. 4 star not worth, 3 at max. Avoid.

Room was nice and hotel is nice BUT, service is slow. Some staff wonderfull but others just chatting together or working computers, ignoring guests, particulary A.I. food is varied but served mainly lukewarm or cold. Roast lamb on New Years night, cold with cold sauce and cool vegetables. Pool bar food so slow I had to argue to get it served from kitchen as staff just looking at it rather than serving it. Got invited as 'Priviledge Guest' to rooftop gathering and cocktails. Actually ended up sitting around watching management and friends(?) enjoying a private party!!! Finally, there are simply not enough staff. Glasses not cleared, drinks not cleared, mess not cleaned up. For such an expensive hotel, this is very poor

Such a disappointing holiday! Been coming to Tenerife every Christmas, it was very clear we were not wanted, ignored, no help poor service . From reception to the bar and pool area! Definitely never do all inclusive, they are not interested had your money ! No smiling staff just grumpy individuals who would rather be somewhere else! Poor service poor food cold not refilled, very much a noisy canteen where You ate for the sake of it, if it wasn’t cold or dried up! Pool bar scolded you if you went to bar but took hours to take an order or infact get any food ! Twin room booked on arrival told they don’t do twin rooms but had written confirmation from tui! 82 year old grandmother promised walk in shower, refused on arrival unless we paid another£1700!! So in all a dreadful holiday!!

Super goed hotel! Lekker eten veel varriatie er was altijd iets anders ook was het rustig gelegen. Ook de animatie was leuk voor de kindjes. De aquagym werd gegeven door Tony en Emmanuel super lieve mensen die hun job graag deden en dat zag je! Zeker een aanrader.

Review of H10 Hotel in Costa Adeje My recent stay at the H10 hotel was extremely disappointing. The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or tea and coffee facilities, and to make matters worse, there were no slippers or robes provided, which I would expect from a hotel of this standard. The air conditioning wasn’t working, making the room uncomfortably warm throughout the stay. The hotel imposes charges for basic services like towels and even the use of the safe, which felt excessive and unnecessary. The food was terrible, with very limited options and poor quality overall. The room on the 5th floor was outdated, noisy, and poorly maintained. The lack of attention to detail and the overall poor experience made it clear that the hotel is in dire need of improvement. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Returning to this lovely hotel, we were warmly greeted by the charismatic Dayan and lovely Elisa. Elisa had emailed me prior to arrival, and all was perfect with our booking. The rooftop Privilege rooms are very nice, high quality with all you need for a perfect stay. Beside the awesome 7th Floor Privilege pool and Sky Bar. Truly perfect with amazing views, Privilege service from the charming staff… a great place to enjoy the sun and fabulous views. Breakfast and dinner at La Tasca was very nice with lovely staff. Lorena was just great, Thankyou. The Japanese restaurant is a must too. The spa is excellent and highly recommend Eva for massage. The hotel offers nightly entertainment, and there is an excellent activity programme for all. Location, gardens and views are excellent, well placed between La Caleta and Plaza del Duque shopping centre. Privilege lounge is a nice venue for pre and post dinner drinks. Leon at Privilege desk is most personable and helpful. Andy and co at Concierge are excellent, friendly and smiling. In all, a great 10 night stay. Recommend and we will return. PS. Fully agree with male long trouser rule in evening : a mark of a professional hotel, which many Tenerife hotels also have.
