Mehr Schein als sein. Gründe: - Bei Ankunft kein Consierge Service, mussten unsere Koffer selber in die Zimmer schleppen. - Zimmer: Im unterstens Stock, war feucht, hatte Ameisen und in diesem Flügel wurde gebaut (Baulärm...). Wir konnten nach Reklamation Zimmer wechseln. - Bezüglich Baulärm wurden wir vorgängig nicht informiert auch auf der Webseite wird nicht darauf hingewiesen! - Wir haben all inklusive gebucht. Grundsätzlich Essen i.O. Aber man merkt schon, dass es eben all inklusive ist. Würden dies so niemehr buchen. - Anlage ist schön. - Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig. - Fitness ist spährlich eingerichtet

Hotel sympa mais la nourriture pas terrible et alors la serveuse du restaurant sakura nulle, pas souriante, désagréable. Le directeur qui interdit que les petits dansent sur la piste le soir des spectacles : monsieur le directeur si vous ne voulez pas que les parents passent un moment agréable avec leurs enfants, ne faites pas un hôtel avec une attraction enfants car les parents ont le droit de profiter aussi le sœur et on ne couche pas forcément nos enfants à 21h30 en vacances !!!!!

Il prezzo pagato e la qualità del servizio (pessimo) e l’ancora peggiore cibo fatto da personale che non sa dare info su ingredienti non è giustificato Camere belle vista mare (suite) ma il terzo letto era un divano sgangherato che poi è stato cambiato con un letto singolo messo tra divano e tavolino, così che la stanza non era confortevole come presupposto

Great location, this hotel is situated away from the busy end of town. The staff are very friendly, food good and watching the sun go down over the sea from the infinity pool a must! We would definitely stay here again, thank you for a wonderful week.

Lovely resort with lots of amenities, a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of Costa Adeje but certainly appreciated on a holiday! As someone who's dairy-free I usually don't have very high expectations of buffets. So I was very impressed to see a nightly offering of vegan dishes at the buffet (with actual variety, not just the same thing every night) and a good selection of plant milks, dairy-free yoghurt, etc at breakfast.

You would be hard pushed to find a more stunning and luxurious hotel lobby. It was from the first moment you walk in. The all inclusive is fantastic value. A stunning resort in a beautiful location. Great rooms. Staff are wonderful. Also free cocktail demonstrations during the day which are fab!
