This was our 2nd visit to this well run, beautifully serviced and food and drink in abundance hotel and exceeded expectation! Check in was a little longer than expected due to the fact we are H10 club members and our information had to be updated on the system. That said, it was aquired with a cold glass of cava in my hand and a friendly persona at front of house so all was good! We were upgraded to a fantastic full Seaview room with extra little touches (turn down service, bathrobes /slippers and bottle of wine /cava for room and welcome gift of delicious chocolates) just for being a club member! This was a fantastic treat which for us, means a lot. Everyone we encountered in the hotel was friendly, happy and obliging. ALL services were to a high standard as well as fantastic choice of food at mealtimes and branded drinks package. The oWe would especially like to mention the ladies that cleaned the blue bar area every afternoon. The attention to detail was fantastic with no table or chairleg left unwashed. They could certainly teach our hotel industry a lot! We had the most memorable time for all of the right reasons with a beautiful beach too We will return in the near future to sample some more of your canarian hospitality! Thank you.

If I could give this hotel more then five stars I would, I travel here on my own for a quite relaxing holiday and I can honest say I go that and more, I went for five days and would of stayed longer if I could, I will start by saying the food was so nice and they change the main meals every day and all were excellent especially the ribs, (drinks are not included in your half board). the location is perfect and the beach is outstanding felt like I was in the Caribbean, the hotel pool was great and you could always find a bed, the cocktails are amazing and you can bring these down to the beach if you wished which was great. There is local shop less then two minutes away an a spa, the rooms were cleaned everyday, and they were lovely I was given a sea view with a massive balcony the view was outstanding. the food at the pool side was very very nice with lots of choice. If I had to pick out little fault's it would be there is no charger next to the bed, the transfer is far from the hotel, about an hour and a half, but I would not mark the hotel down for these things it was just to nice. please note this is a very quiet hotel with not much night life so it is perfect for relaxation and chilling out. I will be booking again soon :)

5 night stay 12th/17th Dec 2024. A Holiday of 2 halves. The hotel is rather remote, so I was initially pleased I had opted for all inclusive for my 5 day stay. Sadly I found the food bland, cold and not appealing. The day bar that has food during the afternoon was very disappointing and a health hazard. Minimal choice, generally sausages or burgers, with chips and bread, it sits there all afternoon without any heating source to keep the food warm. After hearing of many of the guests staying there at the same time as myself getting food poising I ate only toast and bread. I came home starving hungry. The actual hotel is located at the furthest tip of costa calma. There is a little mall with a few shops but no bars or restaurants in this area. A 7 euro taxi ride is required to the larger part of the resort, where there were shops and restaurants, and a much nicer beach, than the beach nearer the hotel. The rooms and hotel area were modernish and very clean., and I was lucky to have a pool and sea view. And most of the staff couldn't do enough for you. If this hotel could get on top of their restaurant issues, it could be a nice hotel, if you like to stay within the hotel pool area., and not venture out. I can sum my holiday up as a holiday of 2 halves. The first 3 days were lovely, and I met lots of lovely people to keep me company ( as a solo traveller) this was a bonus. Sadly the final 3 days were marred by an intake of drunken undesirables, that ruined the atmosphere and feel of the hotel. Like someone else said, there is a weird vibe about the place. The staff were fantastic during our stay. Staff at the front desk were very helpful on arrival in giving us all the details and getting us settled. Bar staff, particularly at the pool side bar, were so friendly. The cleaning staff were also so wonderful. The food was good. The fresh seafood was a big bonus and the highlight food wise. Dinners were all nice though and there was a good range of options every evening. We much preferred the bar by the pool to the main bar, the drink selection was much better and the general vibe was preferable for us. The main pool was nice but a little cold (though we did travel when it was cooler). The upper /smaller pool was warmer but was more for children and shallower with fewer pool side loungers. The indoor pool was a part of the spa circuit so was a charge of 15EUR per person. Worth while for one day though when the weather wasn’t as great. We did the photo hotel shoot on the one day, and it was so much fun! Would recommend giving it a go. We bought a few photos and very happy with what we had. Other things worth noting - general clientele was 60+ but didn’t bother us. The hotel decor is dated but clean and spacious rooms so we didn’t mind. Hotel is an hour from the airport, but the location is beautiful, with beach being moments away.
