H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens

Excellent hotel with excellent location located.near to sea. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Kavier . Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Good food, friendly workers and good ambience

Beautiful hotel. Walking distance (2 minutes) to the beach. The mini golf and aquarium (both walking distance) are nice to visit. Both do not take a lot of time. We loved the animation team. The animation program is whole year round, for all ages. Our kids loved it. They have Dutch speaking staff. Which made the holiday even better! The breakfast and dinner buffets were very good. Every day different cuisine. We had a family room. A living room with kitchenette. The couch was made up to be a bed (big enough for an adult, if needed) and an extra one person bed was placed in the room (our family is two adults and two children; 5 and 8 years old). The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and big. The children’s pool and one other pool are heated. The pool with the slides is not heated. At the end of February this pool was way too cold. So we did not go down the slides. This was too bad. There are two playgrounds (for different ages), a football and tennis court. We really loved our stay here and would recommend it to everyone with children!

This was our second time to return to the H10 Lanzarote Gardens and it certainly did not disappoint. We stayed in the Gran Canaria Block room 229 (newly renovated). Our balcony overlooked the pool. Some of the apartments have balcony access off the bedroom as well as the living area but we didn't get one this year. That wasn't a problem for us as we spent such little time in the apartment anyway! Staff - The absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff. 100%! They are so helpful and friendly and accommodating to their guests. The entertainment staff work really hard from morning until night to keep all the little kiddies happy. The bar staff and restaurant staff are lovely and friendly and work so hard with a smile on their faces. The reception staff are really prompt in looking after any requests you may have. Food - I've seen there are mixed reviews about the food but I'm sure those reviews come from fussy eaters. The food is fantastic, something to suit everybody. Breakfast is fantastic, freshly made pancakes with nutella on tap! omlette station every second day and every type of cooked breakfast you could imagine, great selection of fruit. We went out for dinner 5 nights out of our 11 night stay as there are some beautiful restaurants around the area and they are very reasonably priced. Drinks - The drinks on the all inclusive basis are all top shelf. Really nice cocktails all made fresh in front of you. My favourite was the Aperol Spritz! Beer on draft is Estrella. The Cava is lovely and the Rose wine is really good. They even have Bombay Sapphire gin and fever tree tonic on the all inclusive. We had young teenagers with us and they were a bit disappointed that they missed the White Party and the Foam Party which we got to experience last year because we came in July. We also missed the obstacle course on the pool which the kids loved last year. If I was ever returning again I'd definitely check with the hotel to see what the entertainment programme is at that time of year. The H10 is a paradise for small children, it's just that teenagers can be hard to please sometimes! Pools - There are 2 big pools. One is heated and one is not. The pool with the slides is not heated but it doesn't need to be heated in the summer. You feel a slight chill when you get in first and then your body gets used to the temperature. No sunbed wars at this hotel which is great. Plenty of sunbeds every morning. Overall we had a fantastic holiday at the H10 and will return again sometime. Thanks to all the staff for making our experience so memorable.🫶

We had an amazing holiday at the H10 l, I saw a number of negative reviews beforehand and it seems that these are just from life’s moaners. Firstly on the negatives from others: Pool - yes it was chilly but didn’t seem to be any different from any unheated pool and fine once you got used to it. It certainly didn’t seem to put anyone off as it was always buys Food - we were not all inclusive but had breakfast and lunch in the restaurant and went out for dinner. You can swap dinner for lunch at the restaurant directly at lunch time which was great. The food wasn’t gourmet but they had a good selection and variety and was the level you would expect from an ‘all inclusive’ in Lanzarote. Sunbeds - absolutely fine no problems, the only time we struggling a bit was when we were out for the morning and came to the pool at 3pm. Other points Kids club - this was fantastic for our confident 3 year old. You can book them in for the full week (mon - sat) and this resets every Monday. So on the arrival on Monday you can put them down for the full week. Entertainment team: they must have been exhausted at the end of the day, constantly on the go with activities, kids club, nighttime events. Our 3 year old loved the mini disco!! Room: had all we needed, my only 1 minor negative I could think of was that the kids bed was in the living room with 2 walls of patio doors. Wasn’t a problem for us we just switched her to the bedroom and one of us slept in there too. We had an adapted room on the ground floor directly facing the restaurant and were surprised how quiet it was (especially from 10:30 when the pool bar closed) Reception etc: we paid for a late check out but we couldn’t confirm we could have this until the morning of our departure. We paid 50 euro to check out at 6pm which was a life saver to be honest with a small child. Overall I would judge a holiday/hotel on would I return to it and yes absolutely without hesitation we would return to the H10, I wouldn’t do all inclusive in lanzarote anyway due to huge amount of restaurants and bars within a few minutes and the relatively good prices. I’m sure we will be back at some stage in the future!

H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens was a great resort. All the staff were really friendly and were great with my child (4 years old). The hotel was very clean through out, from our room to the entertainment and communal toilets around the resort. Great food options and the salad bar was really good. It was noisy at certain eating period but this is to be expected with a hotel that caters for children. Again, the staff were great and attended to our needs. My daughter has a milk allergy and we were able to speak to the chef at every meal time to ensure it was suitable. There were lots of options. Kids entertainment - the mini club was excellent considering there was a lot of children in there at the time they were very good and patient and kept them entertained. The evening showings were exceptional. A good variety of shows and you could see that staff (same staff as the kids clubs) really worked hard to ensure the shows were flawless. Hats off to them. I really don't have anything bad to say about the hotel experience. We as a family had an amazing time!!!

Great family holiday. Lots of daily activities/Night shows and fun for all. The entertainment staff do a great job with making sure people have fun. Special shoutout to Mario. He made our stay that bit better by ensuring we all had fun and knew about the day to day activities and joined in on the fun with us to make it more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun family holiday.
