Apartamentos Celeste is so friendly and the lovely reception staff couldn’t do enough to help us. There was building works being carried out and even the builders were friendly and caused no major disruption to our stay. The apartments are extremely clean and contained everything you would need kitchen wise. prime location near the beach and local attractions, The beds were a tad uncomfortable but nothing major. The hotel offers good value for a budget-conscious traveler.

Block 3 Pros - Location is great, very close to supermarket, beach, bars & restaurants - Reception staff was very approachable and did take time to see if there was a different room available for me to change to Cons - Not accommodating. As a young solo female traveller, I requested a first floor apartment. When I arrived there, I was on a ground floor apartment with an open terrace that anyone could walk onto. Made me feel uneasy. - Actual apartment was different to the one I booked on the website. The bedroom on the website shown proper beds with a headboard. I arrived there and it was very close to being a plank of wood with a mattress as hard as a rock on top. - Living area is not a living area. The sofa was a garden bench with bench cushions on them, it felt very unsteady with one person sitting on it, I dread to think how it manages with 2 people. - Wardrobe had no doors on so cleaners etc could see all items etc. - The shower, filthy. It did not look as if it had been cleaned properly for a good year. The tap was full of grime and the shower head was caked up in limescale. - The bed sheets were dirty on arrival I moved to a hotel after one full night. Overall, I would not return.

Decided to stay here due to the proximity to the town centre. I was with friends who’d never been to Costa Teguise before. I recommended this for our stay although I’d not stayed here before, but have stayed in Costa Teguise a few times. This accomodation was superb for us all. Central to town. Clean, and importantly as all females we all felt safe. Arrived after reception closed, but had received emails sting how to access the key lock to get our room details, keys etc. Will stay here again.

Have been to the Celeste apartments several times & they are basic but spotlessly clean. Very central location. Two minutes from the beach, bars & restaurants. Only downside in recent years is they no longer offer a courtesy room for visitors who have late flights. They do advise you that you can take a shower next to the pool but that’s not ideal. Maybe they need to rethink this policy.

We stay here at least 3 times throughout the year in upgraded block 2. Apartment is clean modern and spacious. Cleaners come 6 days a week to clean and change towels bedding is changed weekly. There are plenty of sun loungers around heated pool which is cleaned every day. All bars and restaurants are a 2 minute walk away while beach is 5 minutes walk away. Reception staff are all bery friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this apartment block.

Rooms kept really clean and staff helpful even when their busy they'll help you if they can. The view from our apartment was great could see the ocean and the sunrise in the morning. Central to everything in the area even English bars and cafés

Upon arriving at the apartments we were welcomed by the very pleasant staff. Arrived around 12pm and one of our two apartments was ready, so we could dump the suitcases there and explore. Location is superb. Close to the centre of the resort (2 mins walk) and beach (5 mins walk). Lots of shops and a Hiperdino and Spar are close by for food shopping. Apartments are a good size and being in block 2, were modernised, refreshed and very clean. Gated, so no one other than those staying can access the area, which adds to the security. Pool area was excellent and block 2 has the biggest of all three pools. Lots of space around and never really an issue getting loungers or parasols. Kids were able to play with balls and lilos in the pool and the sun is beating down on it all day which is fantastic. Around 6pm it starts to become slightly shaded, but we were in the pool some nights until 7pm and there was still sun to be found. As we had two rooms, we were lucky and had the ability to keep a room on for the full day, which with an 11:30pm flight, meant the full day could be enjoyed. Only reason a 5 star review wasn’t provided? Sheets - only changed once per week and that was on day 8. Check Out - we’re lucky to be keeping a room, but without that, there are no showers or areas available around the pool for the toilet etc. with 2 families that wouldn’t have been great. Other than that, excellent stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come again.

Our apartment was clean but in need of modernisation as it was very dated I didn’t use the pool areas as they were glass enclosed and felt penned in - they didn’t look like the advertising photos The location was good with the beach and amenities close by Hairdryers have to be rented at 10 euros a week plus deposit- not what I would expect to have to do as it’s a basic amenity

Celeste Apartments: Great location, close to the beach, square, and various shops and bars. Although the apartments had good balconies and were generally relaxing in the evening , some nights were disrupted by noisy neighbours blasting music from evening to early hours.Despite contacting staff, there was little support in managing the noise. Otherwise the place was as silent as a library- nobody spoke or laughed during the day, there was no excited laughter from kids or anything. You felt like you had to whisper. The apartments in block one are dated but this didn’t bother me. If you are used to staying in hotels then you might be disappointed as there are no frills. They are spacious and have all you need for a week. Positive Aspects: Fantastic location, great bars and restaurants nearby , pleasant staff. Negative Aspects: Noise issues at the apartments by neighbours , and a deep tiny pool with a glass wall around it which was off putting. We would not return and I would say it’s best suited to older solo travellers/couples.
