I booked this hotel specifically for the accessibility for my mum, everything was perfect apart from the lip on the door was a little too high for the scooter. Apart from this it was an amazing stay and I'd highly recommend it

Very nice place and staff, very quiet, there is construction work ongoing but that does not impact anyone. Food was good and the whole area is immaculate. Good location and close by to shops and restaurants, could not fault the place and highly recommend, no doubt we would go back with this being first choice everytime.

Stayed here for 10 days, first time in Lanzarote. Hotel is absolutely gorgeous and great location for everything nearby. We had a room that overlooked the pool and restaurant area which was great! Our room was so clean, very modern and very spacious. The construction work taking place did not impact our holiday at all, with very minimal noise. The restaurant is very modern with lots on offer at meal times. We felt that there was a greater variety at breakfast than evening meals, however the food was delicious at both times of the day. The restaurant staff are so friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere. The pool area was very well maintained and easy to get sun beds. The pool was also heated which made it accessible even when the weather was slightly cooler or windy. The only thing I would improve is slightly more wardrobe space in the room, other than that everything was brilliant. Overall I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is in a great location for everything nearby and the atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing.

Just spent 2 weeks here for the second time in 6 months and it was absolute heaven! Been coming now for 9 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The hotel is pure luxury and its staff are absolutely fantastic always making sure everything is ok, unbelievable that someone can leave a bad review staying staff are awful and no entertainment or atmosphere? Don’t know exactly what this person thought they were booking but it states on the hotel website that there isn’t entertainment!!, Also there is no building noise as everything is done with minimal disruption!, As for atmosphere this place is the most relaxing quiet hotel I have ever been to which is why I come back every year. The pool areas are lovely and relaxing, the rooms are luxurious and beds are all king size with massive walk in shower. The best thing about this hotel its location. It’s bang in the centre of everything so your literally spoilt for choice and yet someone said it’s awful? Ignore this vile review it’s just pathetic. This hotel is 5 star as far as I’m concerned and will be back shortly. Thanks to all the staff! The young male lifeguard also is very helpful and pleasant and it was lovely to see sammy the cat too.

We have just returned home following a 10 night stay. This is our 9th time here, 3 of our visits have been in the last 12 months whilst all the building work has been going on. Last June, then October and June this year. The building work had just started last June and even at the start we never heard a thing! There is NO NOISE whatsoever! I say this has the recent negative review has us absolutely mortified at the horrible comments! Awful hotel!! No entertainment !! Building noise!!! All these comments are not true and just a deliberate sad attack on what is an absolute paradise place to rest and relax! Firstly the hotel and its staff are absolutely amazing!! Secondly! not anywhere in its description does it say entertainment provided! That’s because it does not provide it!! And yes there is building work but there is no disruption to anyone staying there!! All I can say to these people is do your homework before you book!! Use your common sense and read what’s going on!! All travel agents/ companies HAVE a legal obligation to inform customers of building work which they all do!! Don’t book a hotel without entertainment if that’s what you want!! This hotel is out of this world and staff work hard to keep it that way.

Please please stay away from here. Awful hotel. It’s a building site with builders making noise with drills and hammers constantly from early morning. No atmosphere here no entertainment. It’s so bad. There are way nicer hotels in the area. Don’t come here. Staff were rude to us also. Rang us up at 12.14 literally shouting at us to get out of our room never asked if we had a nice stay. I think they would have known our answer.

This hotel is lovely rooms are great location very central breakfast loads of choice We are at lanz beach at the minute enjoying our stay no rush for sun beds pool towels available it is very clean however I feel it should really be adult only hotel you can see the children are bored there is only the pool for them there is no entertainment and no water games allowed so really I do not understand parents bringing there children here The rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday however the towels provided are very small more like hand towels and very worn come on beach mate your towels are letting you down we need big fluffy towels for after our shower but apart from that ye 4 star see you next year I will bring my own towels 😃
