Other than the location (on the University of Warwick campus itself) the hotel is at best like a Premier Inn or other such budget hotel. It feels and looks like a dorm. One note to anyone walking from campus to hotel: there is no direct access from Arts Centre plaza. You have to walk all the way around business school to access car park. This was very inconvenient in the rain as it added a 5 mins walk. The room was spacious and clean, though the bathroom sink was clogged when I checked in. Resolved the next day (though the first answer I received when asking for repair was that I may have to move). On second night the hearing went out; housekeeping brought a small radiator heater… no repairman came, however. Resolved the next day. The food was cafeteria quality (both breakfast and dining room). I recommend eating elsewhere. Bar was ok, but not great. Overall, I would recommend a different hotel for the price, and taking a cab to campus. Sorry

The hotel on the Warwick University campus is quite convenient.

We chose Radcliffe for an overnight stay, as we were visiting our son at Warwick University. It was excellent all round. The room was clean and had all the facilities we needed. An unexpected bonus was that you can have free tea and coffee in the bar area - a nice touch! We shall definitely stay again when we next visit our son.

Room was clean but carpets and bedding looked old. Musty spell in the room was quite overpowering. Bathroom was very clean.

Conference facilities are good but the billing side is atrocious. Sent wrong invoices, credit notes and did not seem able to add it up properly. Check your invoices if you use them! Also watch their cancellation policy - even if you cancel over a year in advance, they will still charge you minimum 25% of the total value to cancel. They would not allow us to move date either. Rather inflexible.

I experienced excellent customer service when I had a booking query. I had cause to change my booking and when I called the staff answered promptly and were very friendly and helpful which was very much appreciated.

Excellent accommodation, extremely comfortable room and spacious en-suite. The lounge had most comfortable seating and complimentary fruit, pastries, hot drinks & water. The bar staff were very friendly although the range of drinks available was disappointing. Breakfasts were superb.

A little odd when I arrived as you are on a university campus but the sat Nav was quite accurate. Friendly welcome, could have been more directional for the rooms but I got there and the room was clean & functional. Didn’t have dinner as I was meeting colleagues but I did have breakfast. The breakfast room was a bit like “school dinners” see image, I guess because they cater for lecturers & older students but it was fine, clean & well attended by their breakfast team. The breakfast itself was excellent. Would I stop here again - yes.

Very basic hotel with very basic facilities in the room. Breakfast was quite disappointing. Very limited cereals, and not much fresh bread or fruit. Well located for Warwick University campus but I wouldn't stay here for any other reason.

We stayed here one night prior to our son’s graduation. We were so pleased we did due to the close proximity to the university concourse. Parking was easy and free ( just submit registration at the reception). It was a quick and level walk to the university which was fantastic for getting to the ceremony early to get a good view. The accommodation itself was surprisingly good with quality furnishings and bath products. Breakfast was plentiful - even having my favourite marmite for toast! I had gone with the misconception that it was more student accommodation but I was very wrong and would definitely recommend to anyone who has a need to visit the university.

Lovely welcoming helpful staff on reception. Clean rooms, really friendly bar staff, food was good too. Perfectly located for the University.
