"The view and location was nice. But I’m not happy with the fire alarm that woke me up in the middle of the night. There was no fire. The alarm was on and off several times! Didn’t have a good night sleep unfortunately"

"When we arrived at the hotel that I’ve found out that none of the rooms (booked 4 rooms) we’ve booked had AC. I had queried with the staff and apparently none of their rooms has AC. She said they did escalate to this to trip.com as on their website advertised that the hotel have AC. They had a fan but not very good. Asked for spare one but they couldn’t provide. :( For parking, per night £5 which is not mentioned on trip.com. But the rooms were clean, staff are friendly."

"Reasonable room rates, room clean , water hot in bath/shower-food was extremely tasty, and excellent value for money for both evening meal and breakfast. Weather was hot and only improvement would have been to keep complimentary water/juice in foyer topped up as no cool water or drinks available in room."

"My wife and I have not been to this hotel befor, we only stayed for one night as we were just visiting my brother who lives a couple of miles away. Our room was absolutely fantastic, complimental drinks and kettle. The room was spotless, and the beds really comfortable. We had free WiFi and a smart tv. At.breakfast, we had plenty of choice, cereal, fresh fruit and beautiful choice of cooked breakfast. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. When we come back to Coventry, we know we will be stopping here."

"This is an OK hotel. It is good value for money and an OK location. It is Basic but you pay for what you get. The staff are very helpful and polite. The room is tight but manageable but don't expect anything great here."

"Hotel service, the environment is ok. The facilities are not satisfactory. The first room wash basin was not smooth, because it was late, no one repaired it, and changed it. However, the flushing of the toilet was a little problem, the water kept flowing, I didn't want to bother, and repaired it myself. The environment is ok, very quiet, unfamiliar with the geography of Coventry. It feels like it is in the village, about six kilometers from the railway station. Fortunately, it is very convenient to play Uber. There is nothing to go around, go out for more than a kilometer and have not found a restaurant to eat, return to the hotel, only to find inside the hotel, taste good, beer is great! The price is about the same as the London restaurant."

"The hotel is conveniently located (on the way from London to Birmingham) and we found the staff to all be very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. And we had a really good breakfast too. My only slight criticism is that we didn't get our Doubletree warm cookie on arrival - but we check-in after midnight! We would definitely stay again."

"The size of the room is not bad, the location of the hotel is also very good, very close to the city center. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming, there was a little problem with my room card, and the staff was very patient to solve it! Hotel breakfast is a buffet order system, ordered an English breakfast, the amount is really big, the taste is also very authentic, praise!"
