I booked it for three night as I had some business in the area. Due to a recent bad experience with a budget hotel, i though might have a better value for the higher price. I was wrong. Very mediocre service, small room, funky odour, and limited amenities. For the anount I paid i expected a better value. Staff were helpful though.

I’ve stayed here before not a problem,but this time was terrible I stayed in the car park 1 hours thought they’d made a mistake on the booking the hotel looked like a demolition site no sign of entrance or reception very disappointing,gave me a disability room which I refused to stay in at a different hotel , I think the manager was Richard who helped us get a different room he was very friendly but the room was in lower ground smelling of sewage in hallway’s and damp in the room ,we both suffer with asthma and anxiety , all the lady staff was very polite and welcoming but I don’t want to stay here again

Good location lots of parking and a good breakfast

The hotel is in a really good location and is clean! The room is a good size and has everything you need from tea and coffee an iron and a hair dryer. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. The only problem I had was that every where in the hotel was very hot the room does have air con tho so once your in there it’s ok. We would stay there again

Perfect and convenient for a one night stay. Location right beside motorway and the room was clean and spacious. £5 parking a pain in all honesty but would recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill somewhat. The staff on this occasion were not up to the usual standard that we have come to expect at this property especially as we are regular guests here. The health club which closed due to covid appears to be closed permanently despite this still being advertised on some 3rd party websites.. staff are definitely not as good as they used to be particularly when it came to demanding the £5 per day parking charge and the breakfast was not up to the usual expected standard. The only plus side now is the location which is a shame as it used to be a great hotel with really good facilities and some really nice people working here.

Fair enough only to stay for one night. Can’t expect more. But the cleanliness should be improved. The double bed is smaller than expected. Don’t know why there is no fridge.

Ok but boring

There is a supermarket and coffee shop next to it, which is very convenient. The room is very quiet and OK.
