We got married at the Windmill Village Hotel 20 years ago and so wanted to go back to celebrate with dinner and an overnight stay. The staff were all very polite and helpful. The accommodation was clean and in very good order. The views over the golf course were beautiful and made for an extra special stay.

They take your money and take over a week and many phone calls to even attempt to give it back Almost £500 was taken out of my mums account. The hotel then proceeded to give incorrect email addresses. A week later and having to call around (in this time the actually took a further £220) I was passed to 4 different people who couldn't help I was then called by the rudest employee possible to say he gave me the breakfast as a refund and refused to deal with any if the other issues. The stress of this has been disgusting, in this current climate £500 is alot to just be taken out of your account As well as the price of the holiday.

Stayed overnight for our one year wedding anniversary and loved it. Personalised dessert awaited us in room. Bedroom spotless. Bed so comfortable, probably best bed I've slept on away from home. View from balcony was beautiful. Spa was nice, clean with good facilities. All staff exceptionally friendly. Food in restaurant was exceptional as was the service. Bar area and communal areas clean and well presented. Would love to stay again, it's a really lovely venue.

I would like to say a big thank you to Rob Bateman and his team they made our wedding day extra special thank you so much. The Windmill Village Hotel was perfect for us, we knew at our first visit it was perfect for us. The out look of the venue looks right over the golf course and the leisure facilities are excellent Bedrooms are very comfortable we had an outside seating area. Food is excellent and breakfast had plenty of choice On the day of our wedding everything went to time. So once again thank you Rob and your team

The absolute worse hotel I have visited, staff are useless and extremely rude, pool was freezing cold, wellness pool was a cold tub that bubbled, menu was extremely limited, no towels etc… plus they have taken almost £600 out of my account with an additional £100 pending because they didn’t realise I had already paid prior. They have avoided all contact and emails. The receptionist gave me the incorrect email for a complaints procedure and nobody has helped us get this £600 refunded. My children paid £250 for this holiday for 3 nights stay and it has been the most stressful week since I’ve got home dealing with all this. Absolutely atrocious service!
