The location is convenient, the room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Downstairs is the city center, with many city and convenience stores and restaurants.

The receptionist was so rude to I and my husband when we first entered and then mixed up our rooms. We eventually had it sorted out. However, the room was clean and warm which was nice after a long journey. Thank you.

A real mix of good and bad! You need ID to check in - this is not normal. The hotel was fairly clean. Room was large. Sockets were far from bed. Lights were good. Bathroom had soap but no shower gel.

The Indian at the front desk only knows how to yell. When he sees Chinese people, he yells and curses. The hotel should not hire such service staff. I think the hotel network is not good. I woke up in the middle of the night with cold. We really didn't say a word, but he yelled at us instead.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing and fell below expectations in several ways:
1. No Housekeeping: Despite requesting housekeeping multiple times, our requests were ignored, which was highly inconvenient.
2. Security Concerns: We noticed many strangers in the hotel, and it did not feel secure. This was unsettling and made us question the safety measures in place.
3. Shower Issues: The shower head was not functioning on the first day of our stay, which added to our discomfort.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location is strategic and convenient, which we appreciated. However, the other issues overshadowed this aspect.
