What a BEAUTIFUL place! The view was fantastic! The room was fantastic! Everything was fantastic EXCEPT for one of the staff who said we did not have a free breakfast coming. We proved we did and that staff member stated we had to wait until 10:00 am to get breakfast! THANK YOU Gloria for coming to our rescue!

The hotel is old and needs renovations. The Wi-Fi is expensive. Where we drink only occasionally we didn’t opt into the all inclusive and found we saved several hundred dollars by paying for meals. Cozumel essentially closes restaurants and shops once the cruise ships depart at the off season. It may be better in season but I don’t know. The restaurant at the hotel was open so we ate there most of our meals. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The resort was up to usual good standard. The room 2116 was nice, A/C worked and housekeeping was very good. Restaurant and Bar had excellent service and food.

When my husband fell ill, Marie, the concierge, gave me the phone number of Dr. Garcia. The doctor arrived at our room within ninety minutes of my phone call. He examined my husband, made a diagnosis and prescribed and delivered medicine. I was so relieved to have my husband cared for in such a conscientious way. I highlly recommend this hotel.

The room, the cleaning and the common areas are in good condition. The staff and the food are really nice. The only inconvenience is the fact that if you are looking for a hotel with nice beach is not an option. We saw some feral cats very scared and hungry on the installations. It would be lovely a true commitment for the well being of this animals. Have them neutered and well fed can prevent mice and bug population and also makes a cute view for visitors by proving humanity and care.

Everything was wonderful *EXCEPT* the "upgrade" that we were given from garden view to Ocean view...we weren't necessarily wanting that. We did enjoy the magical view however the couch foldout bed was *AWFUL*!

The location is excellent. The view from the room very enchanting. The hotel has a private beach. It also has a swimming pool and a zaccuzzi.

What a nice place! The doorman Ari always greeted me with a smile and a kind word. Roger Lopez always had great activities going like karaoke, volleyball, bike trips etc. truly a fun person. Nice snorkeling at hotel and Eric the life guard was always around. We also really enjoyed the food. Gregorio at the dive shop even got my wife to scuba dive. All the staff at this hotel are really a wonderful reflection of how kind the people are in Cozumel! My wife and I had a great time.
