Dont even think of staying at this motel. It is run down to an alarming degree and the owners dont seem to care. The first room we were given had a tv with a clearly broken screen, a makeshift heating arrangement, run down cabinets, a dirty bed cover, and was generally far from clean. Surprised at learning that the room was close to uninhabitable, the owners moved us to another room which was in much better shape. It looked clean enough, the floors swept, the linen clean this time but the walls, skirting boards, bathroom details haven't been cleaned for a long time and it shows. The condition of this motel and its shabby, junk filled, unkempt grounds is a great shame. The buildings are solid, the room are generously sized, the style is western USA - it could be a destination motel especially considering its proximity to the Cranbourne Botanic Gardens and the McLelland Sculpture Park. Why didn't we walk out? We had commitments and by that stage we simply didn't have time to find another place. We certainly skipped a shower in the morning though. Ugh!

The tap in the bathroom turned right for hot water instead of left. The other room had the smoke alarm removed

Most power points didn't work,heater in loungeroom didn't work, exhaust fan over hot plates didn't work, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, hence the mould in there, wore thongs in shower that had no water pressure when it finally came out, just tricked out. The fridge and telly worked

Very disappointed. Arrived just after 6pm only to be told that because hotel was fully booked that there hadn't been time to clean our room. It was still dirty from previous occupant. Manager apologised and handed me new sheets expecting us to ***** the bed and make myself. Eventually we were moved to another room due to an apparent cancellation. At least that room appeared to have been cleaned. We weren't expecting much, but were very disappointed after this experience.

Very close to shops. Lacking Cutlery, not even one teaspoon to stir my Coffee. No hangers in cupboard. It was a convenient place to stay, though.

The decor was very different and unique to the customer, the service provided by the manager was warm and costumer orientated, our room was lovely and warm.
