Very poor quality service. I booked a room with a large double bed which I paid for online and the receptionist couldn't find my reservation and wasn't able to check on the PC with a very rude accent that didn't understand French. In addition I rebooked to make a second payment this time 15€ more expensive and to have a room with 2 separate small beds so when online there were still rooms with double beds available. Of course without giving us an invoice.

campanile CRETEIL CENTRE 3321UC031722 du 18.06.2024 au 19.06.2024 1 nuit. À l'arrive-t-on me demande de prendre ma CI et de procéder a une photocopie ? Je refus, car c'est interdit par la loi. la personne a l'accueil me dis tout le monde le faite ! et refus de me donner ma chambre ! je lui demande de me rembourser. elle me demande de faire un mail ---------- Hôtel a éviter autant de prendre un IBIS BUDGET ------------
