How to lose a frequent and loyal customer for 12 years? Stay at the Ibis Créteil, 14 rue Basse quinte. An unsanitary room with a strong smell of tobacco (I'm allergic) and insects including a cockroach found in the bathroom. Given this unpleasant experience I wanted to cancel my room to go to the Novotel. After calling her manager in front of me, the receptionist told me that it was OK to cancel and that I would be refunded the next day. 3 weeks later still no refund. The receptionist claims not to have found the cockroach but to have found tiger mosquitoes in the room. Response from the hotel manager, “what do you want me to do if there are insects in the rooms”. I understand as a franchise hotel that profitability is your priority over cleanliness and customer satisfaction but remember that you represent a brand/group. In conclusion, for the same night I was charged by the Novotel Créteil where I slept and by the Ibis Créteil which had guaranteed me to have canceled my reservation and a refund for the next day. I shared my travel in France and internationally between Accor, Hilton and Marriott depending on the destination. This will be my last reservation within the Accor group. The unsanitary condition of the room is one thing but as a frequent and loyal customer for many years I cannot accept lies and theft. Manifest deficiency in the training of the Ibis Créteil teams.

The rooms are clean, a small parking lot but sufficient, staff level at reception the young man is very professional and friendly however the woman at reception is not pleasant at all, I waited 10 minutes at the bar, this person made personal phone calls, I heard the whole conversation, finally arrived at the bar I asked her for a drink, she was wrong which happened, I informed her of her mistake and replied "in any case I am not not a bartender.” That being said, I think a little kindness won't hurt, at 113 euros per night it's the least we can do.

I'm not in the habit of writing a review on Ibis hotels which are quite standardized but this one deserves a comment given how dirty the place is. My room, the common areas, the elevator, everything is dirty. In my room: carpet stained everywhere, curtains stained with coffee, it seems for a long time, every corner and cranny is filthy in the room and in the bathroom. In this month of June, the good smell of jasmine planted next to the front door of the hotel will not be enough to give me a positive memory.

Les prestations sont les mêmes que dans d'autres ibis si ce n'est que l'on sent qu'il a déjà quelques années. Le personnel est très sympathique et on peut stationner devant. Il y a des restaurants tout autour.

Toutes mes félicitations à Alya (accueil) pour son professionnalisme concernant sa gentillesse, son écoute, et sa compréhension concernant ma chambre que j'avais réservée. Je travaille de nuit par rapport à ma situation professionnelle, et j'avais demandé une chambre au calme pour que je puisse me reposer tranquillement et être prêt pour une nouvelle nuit de travail direction Châlons ... Ma demande à été traitée avec beaucoup de savoir faire et ce tact que beaucoup d'établissements voudrait avoir Alia dans son personnel pour une simple raison, elle recherche la solution la plus adaptée pour que le client soit content et reste fidèle à IBIS. Client très content et je peut que m'incliner devant ce grand professionnalisme d'Alya . Bravo à vous, garder cette gentillesse, ce sourire que vous avez au téléphone, et je vous souhaite bonne continuation dans cette grande chaine d'hôtel IBIS . Un accueil très professionnel, Alexis à l'accueil vous reçoit avec le sourire avec des explications simple mais efficace. Chambre sympa, lit confortable, salle d'eau propre ainsi que les WC. Quand je suis arrivé au petit déjeuner, rien n'avait été préparé sachant que j'avais un taxi qui venait me chercher. Point négatif : la moquette laisse a désirer dans la chambre, les rideaux sont sales . Et la quartier ne donne pas envie de rester plus longtemps.

Je suis venue avec mon fils pour passer un weekend sur Paris , l'hôtel est a 10 min à pied de la gare RER et 15min en RER de Paris . L'hôtel est très bien , lits confortables propre malgré de la moquette dans la chambre . Chambre agréable et personnel très sympathique . Je recommande et nous reviendrons.

Cela fait plusieurs années que je vais dans cet hôtel et le service est toujours aussi bon . Les personnes changent mais pas le service . Toujours aussi bon . Le seul point d’amélioration reste la restauration , la carte est très simple voire trop simple mais elle reste néanmoins acceptable pour celui qui souhaite avoir un petit Repas rapide .

Otel merkeze çok uzak, odalar temiz ama çok küçük. Gece 12 den sonra lobide oturtamıyorsunuz. Kendileri bizim ülkemizde sabaha kadar oturup yiyip içip uyuyorlar ama bize karşı yapılan muamele maalesef bu. Ulaşım sıkıntılı merkeze trenle girmek için bir kaç aktarma yapmanız gerekiyor.
