This hotel is a very different experience to the norm. It’s quirky but charming. Very friendly reception, although best if you have some Spanish language skills. We booked a superior room which was huge, and had the most amazing views ( that is why we chose the superior). We had 2 small balconies. The quirks, it’s an old building and the bathroom was dated , but functional. Also the rooms do slope ! The restaurant is very good, there is an outside terrace to the restaurant which is worth trying for, with the most spectacular views out. As for parking there is a public car park about 5 minutes walk up the road, and easy to find. There is a small discount to hotel guests it was 17euros a night with discount. Would I return - yes !

Funky Hotel with fantastic views over the canyon. None of the staff spoke English so it was difficult to communicate, especially when we were trying to find the hotel. The hotel is located on a very narrow street and when you park in front to drop off your bags you are blocking traffic, it would have been nice if they had emailed instructions on how to find it and where to park. Breakfast was the usual continental and a bit skimpy and no option for an omelet or anything cooked. We stayed one night and that was enough.

Es un placer alojarse en una casa colgada de Cuenca con un toque rústico y tradicional que nos sumerge en el ambiente medieval de Cuenca. La habitación es amplia y cuenta con todas las comodidades de un hotel. Fuimos con un bebé y todos los empleados se esforzaron por echar una mano haciendo gala de amabilidad.

El precio de las habitaciones (100€/noche) no corresponde con la calidad que ofrecen. Estuvimos en las habitaciones 21 y 22 que presentaban baños muy anticuados con aspecto de pensión de hace 30 años, limpieza muy mejorable en algunas partes de la habitación y que tenga un aspecto rústico no justifica que el mobiliario parezca sacado de un desván. Como destacable las vistas del comedor. El personal es amable. En resumen, buscaremos otro hotel para la próxima visita a Cuenca ya que cerca de éste hay otras opciones con mejor aspecto.
